Վերաքննիչ  քրեական դատարանն անփոփոխ է թողել կնոջը դանակի շուրջ 70 հարված հասցնելով սպանելու մեջ մեղադրվող Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը։

Վերաքննիչ  քրեական դատարանն օրերս անփոփոխ է թողել կնոջը դանակի շուրջ 70 հարված հասցնելով սպանելու մեջ մեղադրվող Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը։ Նշենք, որ Հովհաննիսյանի պաշտպանները դիմել էին Վերաքննիչ դատարան՝ պահանջելով վերացնել Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կամ փոփոխել`ընտրելով ազատությունից զրկելու հետ չկապված խափանման միջոց, իսկ  կալանավորումն ընտրելու հիմքերը առկա գտնելու դեպքում քննության առնել Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու հնարավորությունը` սահմանելով գրավի գումարի չափը:

Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը՝ նախագահությամբ Արշակ Վարդանյանի որոշում է կայացրել մերժել պաշտպանների բողոքը և Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի կալանավորումն անփոփխ թողնելու վերաբերյալ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի 2019 թ. ապրիլի 27-ի որոշումը թողել է ուժի մեջ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդված 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով` առանձին դաժանությամբ սպանության համար։

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝  նա սիրային կապի մեջ է գտնվել Մարիամ  Դանիելյանի հետ և 2016թ. ունեցել են մեկ երեխա: Նրան տեսակցելու հարցի շուրջ տևական ժամանակ ունեցել են լարված հարաբերություններ: 2018թ. օգոստոսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 07:33-ի սահմաններում Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը գնացել է Մարիամ Դանիելյանի կողմից վարձակալած Երևանի Արարատյան փողոցի 77-րդ տուն, որտեղ վերջինիս առանձին դաժանությամբ սպանելու դիտավորությամբ, գիտակցելով նրա կյանքի համար իր գործողությունների վտանգավոր բնույթը, նախատեսելով դրա հետևանքները, սուր կտրող-ծակող գործիքով բազմաթիվ 65-ից ավել հարվածներ է հասցրել Մարիամ Դանիելյանի կյանքի համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող օրգաններին ու մարմնի մյուս մասերին և այդ եղանակով առանձնակի ֆիզիկական տառապանքներ պատճառելով՝ սպանել է վերջինիս:

Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի վերաբերյալ գործը ներկայումս քննվում է Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի  դատավոր Դավիթ Բալայանի վարույթում։
