Հունիսի 29-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն անցկացրեց ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության ենթակա ստորաբաժամնումների ղեկավար կազմի հետ։

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը նախ անդրադարձավ մայրաքաղաքում գիշերային ժամերին իրականացվող ուժեղացված ծառայություններին, շեշտեց, որ հպարտանում է բարեխիղճ ծառայողներով:

Ոստիկանության պետը խոսեց նախկինում տրված ցուցումների ու հանձնարարականների, դրանց կատարման ընթացքի, թերությունների ու բացթողումների մասին: Ընդգծեց, որ հասարակական կարգը խախտող քաղաքացիների, կարգազանց վարորդների նկատմամբ անհրաժեշտ է լինել խիստ եւ սկզբունքային. «Օրենքի առաջ հավասար են բոլորը, անկախ պաշտոնից, դիրքից, մեքենայի մակնիշից ու համարանիշից, հարկավոր է ծառայել համարձակ: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում օրենքը թույլ է տալիս նաեւ ֆիզիկական ուժ գործադրել, սակայն ֆիզիկական ուժի կիրառումը պետք է տարբերել բռնությունից: Իսկ կաշկանդված ոստիկանները, որոնք իրենց անգործությամբ կասկածի տակ կդնեն ոստիկանի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը, համակարգում տեղ չեն ունենա:»,-ասաց Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ծառայության արդյունավետության հետագա բարձրացման խնդրին` ոստիկանության պետը նշեց, որ դրա հիմքում պետք է դրվի աշխատանքային ու կատարողական կարգապահության հետեւողական բարելավումը, խստապահանջ մոտեցումը կադրերի ընտրությանն ու գործառնությանը, եւ որ անչափ կարեւոր է` անհանդուրժողականություն է պետք ցուցաբերել կոռուպցիոն ցանկացած երեւույթի նկատմամբ: Հատկապես այս խնդրում, ընդգծեց ոստիկանության պետը, պետք է բացառվի որեւէ ներողամտություն:

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը բացահայտումների արդյունավետության բարձրացման համատեքստում խոսեց նախկինում կատարված հանցագործությունների բացահայտմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների ակտիվացման կարեւորության, նաեւ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների մասին:

Ոստիկանության պետը նկատեց, որ լիարժեք ու բարձրորակ ծառայությունը պետք է ամենօրյա լինի:
