Ֆիզիկայի ինստիտուտի տարածքում գտնվող ցիկլոտրոնը հունիսի 12-ից սկսել է աշխատել և երկու շաբաթ առաջ ստացվել է  18F  բժշկական իզոտոպը, որն օգտագործվում է ախտորոշման համար: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Երբ մեր պատվիրակությունը պաշտոնական այցով գտնվում էր Սինգապուրում, Հայաստանից շատ կարևոր նորություն ստացանք, որին մի պահ ես նույնիսկ դժվար էի ուզում հավատալ, որովհետև այդ հարցն այնքան քննարկվել էր, 10 և ավելի տարվա վաղեմություն ունի, որ ինձ թվում էր, թե սա անլուծելի հարց է: Խոսքը այն մասին է, որ հունիսի 12-ից սկսել է աշխատել Ֆիզիկայի ինստիտուտի տարածքում գտնվող ցիկլոտրոնը, և երկու շաբաթ առաջ ստացվել է 18F բժշկական իզոտոպը, որն օգտագործվում է ախտորոշման համար: Սա իսկապես շատ լավ նորություն է, բայց այստեղ նաև խնդիր ունենք շարունակելու աշխատանքը, որպեսզի ցիկլոտրոնի ինստիտուցիոնալ առումով ենթակայության հարցը ճիշտ լուծենք, որպեսզի այն կարողանա ոչ միայն բժշկական հարցերով զբաղվել, այլև գիտական»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Հարցի վերաբերյալ ծավալվեց քննարկում տարբեր գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ:

Կառավարության ղեկավարն ընդգծեց, որ վերջին մեկ տարվա քաղաքականության ամբողջ իմաստն այն է եղել, որ պետք է համատեղել գիտությունն ու հետազոտությունը, և մինչև հիմա հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկն էլ այն է եղել, որ գիտությունը և պրակտիկան տարբեր ուղղություններով են գնացել: «Սա շատ լավ շանս է՝ մեր քաղաքական դիրքորոշումն իրագործելու համար: Պետք է կոմպլեքս լուծում գտնենք, որ և՛ գիտությունը, և՛ առողջապահությունը շահեն դրանից, և, ի վերջո, պետք է նաև կոմերցիոն տրամաբանություն փորձենք աշխատեցնել, որպեսզի առնվազն իր եկամուտների մի էական մասը գեներացնի: Կարծում եմ, որ այս ցիկլոտրոնի նորմալ աշխատանքը կարևոր է թե՛ կրթության, թե՛ գիտության, թե՛ առողջապահության, և թե՛ տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման ոլորտի համար», - ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
