Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է արել՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի հայտարարությանը Արցախում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության մասին, որով նա հանդես է եկել ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը Սլովակիայում:

Ինչպես գրում է Media.az-ը, երկրի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Լեյլա Աբդուլաևան նշել է, որ մարդու իրավունքները համընդհանուր բնույթ են կրում, և այս առումով որևէ խտրախանություն չպետք է լինի: Վերջինս արցախահայության իրավունքներին հակադրել է ադրբեջանցիների իրավունքների հարցը, որոնք, իբրև, տեղահանվել են իրենց տներից:

«Չի կարելի ապահովել մարդկանց մի խմբի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը մյուսների իրավունքների խախտման հաշվին», - ասել է Աբդուլաևան:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը ԵԱՀԿ ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը խոսել էր ԵԱՀԿ ողջ տարածաշրջանում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար անհրաժեշտ մեխանիզմ գտնելու մասին: «Եվ, իհարկե, ես նկատի ունեմ նաև Արցախը: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը վերաբերում է մարդկանց։ Այն մարդկանց մասին է, նրանց կենսական, ֆիզիկական անվտանգության մասին: Դա է ընկած մեր մոտեցման առանցքում: Ես ցանկանում եմ նաև այս համատեքստում նշել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության դերակատարությունը, որի շրջանակներում մենք փորձում ենք գտնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորումը», - ասել էր Մնացականյանը:
