Ուշագրավ զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում Սևանի ու դրա շուրջ: Լճի ափամերձ տարածքներում բիզնեսով զբաղվողները հաճախորդներին չկորցնելու համար առողջապահության նախարարից պահանջում են հայտարարել, որ ջրում լողալն անվտանգ է: Ցուցադրական լող են կազմակերպում, որը միայն սեփական շահի ու բիզնեսը չկորցնելու համար է:

Բայց, իրականում, սեփական գրպանի ու շահի մասին մտածողների պատճառով է լիճը կոմայի մեջ ընկել: Մի կողմից ձկների քանակն է զրոկայան մակարդակի հասցվել, մյուս կողմից լճի ջուրն է անխնա օգտագործվել, իսկ պատկան մարմինները շարունակում են այս ամենի վրա աչք փակել ու ասել, թե բնակավայրերից հոսող լվացքաջուրն է Սևանա լճի ջրի որակի վատթարացման պատճառը:

Սա այնքան ծիծաղելի մեկնաբանություն է թվում, այն էլ նախկին բնապահպանության, այժմ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի կողմից հնչեցված, որ դրանից հետո սկսում ես մտածել, որ սա առնվազն վատ երազ է, որը շուտով կավարտվի:

Այն, որ Սևանա լճի վիճակը օր-օրի վատանալու է, բոլորին էր հայտնի: Այդ մասին վերջին 20 տարվա ընթացքում բնապահպան Կարինե Դանիելյանն այնքան շատ է ահազանգել, որ դրանցից կարելի է հաստափոր գիրք կազմել: Բայց ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա, էկոլոգիական աղետի շեմին կանգնելու փաստը ոլորտի պատասխանատուներին այնքան էլ չի հուզում:

Հակառակ դեպքում ոլորտի ղեկավարությունը ստանձնած Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը դեռ անցյալ տարվանից Սևանի հարցը ազգային անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացրած կլիներ և այս ընթացքում արդեն հնարավոր կլիներ շատ հարցեր լուծել: Բայց, ո՛չ, Էրիկ Գրիգորյանն արդեն մեկ տարի է բավական հանգիստ ու անվրդով աշխատում է, ինչ-որ մտքեր է շարադրում, որից ոլորտը ոչ միայն չի շահում, այլև գնալով տուժում է:

Կարճ ասած՝ թե ինչ օգուտ է նա բերում ոլորտին ոչ ոք չգիտի, կամ գուցե օգուտներն իրականում շատ-շատ են, որի մասին միայն իրեն է հայտնի: Եվ չնայած ինչուները պատասխաններից շատ են, բայց պաշտոնապես փաստարկված պատասխաններ միևնույն է՝ չկան:

Գուցե այդ պատճառով է բնապահպան Սիլվա Ադամյանն այն եզրակացության հանգել, որ Սևանի կործանման հարցը վաղուց պլանավորված քաղաքականության արդյունք է, որին լուռ հետևում են ոլորտը ղեկավարող պաշտոնյաները: Բայց, միանշանակ է, որ այսպես շարունակել այլևս չի կարելի, բայց թե ինչ պետք է անել՝ կրկին պատասխան չկա:

Ստացվում է, որ այս իրավիճակն ամենաշատը Սևանի բիզնեսով զբաղվողներին է հուզում, բայց նրանք էլ ոչ թե էլոկոգիական խնդիրների, այլ սեփական շահի մասին են մտածում: Այսինքն՝ այս պահին ունենք փակ շղթա, որից դուրս գալու ելքեր առայժմ չկան:
