Արցախի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաքի նախկին «Շինանյութերի կոմբինատ»-ի տարածքում վերսկսվել է կառուցվող բնակելի նոր թաղամասի շինարարությունը:

Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքաշինության նախարարության «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի էջում Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքաշինության նախարար Կարեն Շահրամանյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ բնակելի նոր թաղամասի կառուցումն իրականացվում է մասնավոր ներդրողների միջոցներով. տարածքի ուսումնասիրման աշխատանքները սկսվել են տարեսկզբից:

Բնակելի նոր թաղամասում նախատեսվում է ունենալ 200 բնակարան: Ներկայումս սկսված են առաջին, երկրորդ, երրորդ, տասնմեկերորդ, տասներկուերորդ, տասներեքերորդ և տասնչորսերորդ մասնաշենքերի հիմքերի փորման աշխատանքները: Այնուհետև կսկսվի հիմքերի բետոնային, կարկասային մասի, կմախքի կառուցման աշխատանքները: Ամսվա ընթացքում շինարարներին կտրամադրվեն ամբողջ թաղամասի նախագծանախահաշվային փաստաթղթերը: Թաղամասը նախատեսվում է շահագործման հանձնել 2020-2021 թվականին:

Նախագծի համաձայն՝ թաղամասի ներքևի հատվածում նախատեսվում է ունենալ մանկապարտեզ, որը կսպասարկի նաև «Արցախ» և «Զինավան» թաղամասերի երեխաններին: «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի հովանավորությամբ Շառլ Ազնավուրի անվան մշակութային կենտրոնի ներքևի հատվածում նախատեսվում է կառուցել շուրջ 600-տեղանոց դպրոցական նոր շենք, որին կից կլինի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի կենտրոնը:

Շենքերի առաջին հարկերը լինելու են ոչ բնակելի տարածքներ: Թաղամասի հարևանությամբ կլինեն խաղահրապարակներ, ավտոկայանատեղիներ, կանաչապատ գոտիներ: Թաղամասը երթևեկելի մասով կապված է լինելու Սպանդարյան փողոցի հետ:

Բնակարանների մի մասը տարբեր ծրագրերի շրջանակներում տրամադրվելու է սոցիալապես անապահով, բազմազավակ ընտանիքներին, իսկ մեծ մասը մատչելի գներով տրվելու է հիփոթեքային վարկավորմամբ: Քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունն իրականացնելու է վերահսկողություն, որպեսզի կառուցման ընթացքում բացթողումներ ու թերություններ չլինեն:
