Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ հուլիսի 19-ին կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն՝ Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարության գործունեության տեսլականի շուրջ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ խորհրդակցության նպատակն է քննարկել Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարության կազմավորման գործընթացում անելիքները. «Մեր խնդիրն արդեն ձևակերպել ենք մի քանի մակարդակներում՝ մենք Հայաստանը տեխնոլոգիական և արդյունաբերական երկիր դարձնելու խնդիր ունենք: Այս առումով, իհարկե, խոսել ենք արդեն՝ շատ կարևորում ենք վերամշակող արդյունաբերության, ընդհանրապես արդյունաբերության դերը, բայց առանձնահատուկ կարիք ունի բարձր տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի արդյունաբերության և ռազմարդյունաբերության զարգացումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում: Այս կառուցվածքային փոփոխության նպատակը, որ մենք իրականացրել ենք, հենց դա է, և սա այն կոնկրետ դեպքերից է, երբ մենք առաջիկա տարիներին տեսնելու ենք, թե ինչքանով արդյունավետ դարձավ: Սա այն բարեփոխումն է, փոփոխությունն է, որից մենք ակնկալում ենք կոնկրետ արդյունքներ և հույս ունենք, որ այս ոլորտում մեր առաջընթացն իր հետևից կբերի նաև կրթության բնագավառում լրջագույն փոփոխություններ»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ երբ խոսվում է կրթության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների և ընդհանրապես այն մասին, որ մենք պետք է կրթված, ինտելեկտուալ հանրություն ունենանք, այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքն ապարդյուն է, եթե չեն ստեղծվում համապատասխան աշխատատեղեր, և հարցն այն է, թե կրթություն, բարձր որակավորում ստանալուց հետո մարդն ինչ պետք է անի: «Հասկանալի է, որ այստեղ մենք շղթա պետք է ունենանք, և այդ շղթայի բոլոր օղակներն ունեն իրենց կարևորությունը: Արդյունաբերության, տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման համար մեզ պետք են կադրեր, բայց այդ կադրերը պետք է իրացվելու և իրենց կրթությունը, տաղանդը և հմտությունն իրացնելու տեղ և հնարավորություն ունենան: Եվ, իհարկե, այս ամեն ինչը մենք նաև դիտարկում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգության մակարդակի շարունակական բարձրացման մեր տեսլականի մեջ», - իր խոսքում նշել է երկրի վարչապետը:

Նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանը ներկայացրել է Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարության գործունեության տեսլականը և առաջնահերթությունները: Մտքերի փոխանակության ընթացքում քննարկվել են ոլորտի զարգացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը, ամփոփելով խորհրդակցությունը, հանձնարարել է շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներին շարունակել համատեղ աշխատանքները:
