Մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների մասնաբաժինը նվազել է

Հայաստանում առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների թիվը 2019-ի առաջին կիսամյակում որոշակիորեն աճել է: Սակայն հանցավորության ընդհանուր կառուցվածքում մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների մասնաբաժինը 21.5 տոկոսից դարձել է 16.4 տոկոս:

«Տարեսկզբին ունեցել ենք 35.3 տոկոսով հանցագործությունների աճ։ Սակայն ուժերի գերլարման արդյունքում հնարավոր եղավ այդ հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման առումով լուրջ աշխատանք տանել և դրանց աճի տեմպը նվազեցնել: Աճի տեմպը ներկայում կազմում է 9 տոկոս: Առաջին կիսամյակում առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների թիվն աճել է 35-ով՝ 99-ից հասնելով 134-ի: Պայմանականորեն կարելի է դրական համարել այն հանգամանքը, որ հանցավորության ընդհանուր կառուցվածքում մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների մասնաբաժինը 21.5 տոկոսից դարձել է 16.4 տոկոս: Սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների մասնաբաժինը՝ 44.4 տոկոսից դարձել է 51.2 տոկոս: Այսինքն՝ գրանցված հանցագործությունների գրեթե կեսը սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություններն են»,- ասաց Ղուկասյանը:

Նա առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների թվի աճը հիմնականում պայմանավորեց առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության դեպքերի աճով: Ղուկասյանն այդ երևույթը միանշանակ դրական համարեց, քանի որ հենց սահմանի վրա հայտնաբերում են թմրամիջոցներ և թույլ չեն տալիս, որ հետագայում դրանք հայտնվեն ապօրինի շրջանառության մեջ:

 Նա նշեց՝ աճել է նաև ծանր հանցագործությունների թիվը՝ 253-ով կամ 16.2 տոկոսով, 1559-ից դարձել է 1812: Դա առավելապես պայմանավորված է բնակարանային գողությունների թվի աճով (512-ից դարձել է 710), նաև կաշառքի դեպքերի թվի աճով: Ղուկասյանը նկատեց՝ մեծ ջանքեր է պահանջվում, որ այդ դեպքերը հայտնաբերվեն և անձին պատասխանատվության կանչեն:

Աճել է սպանության և սպանության փորձերի թիվը՝ 33-ից դառնալով 41, ավազակության դեպքերի թիվը 24-ից դարձել է 46, խարդախության դեպքերը 563-ից դարձել են 611, տրանսպորտային միջոց փախցնելու 29 դեպքերը ավելացել են՝ հասնելով 36-ի:

Ղուկասյանը շեշտեց՝ միևնույն ժամանակ նվազել են դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը վնաս հասցնելու դեպքերը՝ 542-ից իջնելով 471-ի, այդ թվում ծանր վնաս հասցնելու դեպքերը 95-ից դարձել են 93։ Սեռական անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ուղղված  դեպքերը նվազել են՝ 52-ից դառնալով 44, այդ թվում բռնաբարության և բռնաբարության փորձի դեպքերը 14-ից նվազել են՝ դառնալով 8: Յուրացման կամ վատնման դեպքերը 300-ից դարձել են 288, իսկ կողոպուտի 95 դեպքերը նվազել են՝ դառնալով 76:
