ՀՀԿ խոսնակ, ԱԺ նախկին փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

«Արցախի բանակցային սեղան վերադառնալու փոխարեն ստացանք «կիրթ ու նորմալ» Ալիև:

Հայաստանի Երրորդ Հանրապետության ողջ պատմությունն ուղեկցվում է պայքարով հանուն Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ամբողջական իրացման և Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման:

Քաղաքական էլիտաները, իշխանությունն ու ընդդիմությունը փոխվել են, բայց Արցախի խնդրի արդար ու հայանպաստ կարգավորումը եղել է մեր առաջնային հարցը: Իշխանությունները, իրար հաջորդելով, փորձել են քարը քարի վրա դնելով ամրացնել հայկական կողմերի դիրքերը բանակցություններում:

Բայց ահա եկավ ամենագետ Նիկոլն ու ասաց, որ ինքն ունի հարցի լուծման իր սեփական հայեցակարգը և խոստացավ Արցախի ամբողջական վերադարձ բանակցային սեղան: Բոլորս շունչներս պահած սպասում էինք Նիկոլի «կախարդական փայտիկի» հայանպաստ հնարքին, բայց, ցավոք սրտի, այստեղ էլ նրա փայտիկն անզոր գտնվեց:

Արցախի բանակցային սեղան վերադարձի փոխարեն ստացանք ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ոչ հայանպաստ հայտարարություն, որը ես որակել եմ որպես ապտակ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին:

Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի հակահայկական գործողություններին Հայաստանի իշխանությունը պատասխանեց` Ալիևին կիրթ և նորմալ մարդ համարելով: Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի և Վիեննայի հայանպաստ օրակարգերի փոխարեն ստացանք Դուշանբեի վերելակային անհեթեթ պայմանավորվածություն:

Փաշինյանի կողմից գովաբանված «ուղիղ կապի», արդյունավետ աշխատանքի փոխարեն ստացանք սպանված և վիրավոր զինծառայողներ:

Եվ վերջապես Արցախում և Հայաստանում միասնականության քարոզի փոխարեն Փաշինյանը խոսեց Արցախում գործող դավադիր ուժերի մասին, որը, ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս, ազգային խայտառակության դրսևորում էր:

Այսպիսով, հարկ է փաստել` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մեկամյա կառավարումը Արցախյան կարգավորման գործընթացում ոչ միայն մտահոգիչ է, այլև կորսված է:
