«Մարտի 1-ի ցուցարարների վրա կրակել է Ղարաբաղից բերված խումբը» վարկածի ուղղությամբ ՀՔԾ-ն սկսել է աշխատել մեկ տարի առաջ ու վկայի կարգավիճակում է հայտնվել Ասկերանի բնակիչ, հանցավոր անցյալ ունեցող, հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող ոմն Կամո Մնացականյան, որը զինվորական չի եղել, 2008 թվականի մարտի իրադարձություններին Երեւանում չի եղել, բայց պատրաստակամ ցուցմունք է տվել իր «լսածի» մասին: Նա համարվում է Սամվել Բաբայանի  համախոհներից, մականունը` «աֆերիստ»: Այս մասին գրում է Pastinfo.am-ը։

 

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Կամոն Երեւան ժամանելուն պես հայտնվել է ՀՔԾ-ում, հարցաքննությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2018 թ հուլիսի 7-ին, տեւել է  2 ժամ: Ցուցմունքը գրել է ՀՔԾ քննիչը` առանց որեւէ հարց տալու վկային:

Լրատվամիջոցը նաեւ հրապարակել է Կամո Մնացականյանի ցուցմունքը․

 
«2018 թ մարտի  1-ին եւ  2-ին  Երեւան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի  հայտնում եմ հետեւյալը. ինքս նշված իրադարձությունների ժամանակ Երեւանում չեմ եղել, գտնվել եմ Արցախում: Նշված դեպքերից հետո ինձ սկսեց հետաքրքրել, թե Ղարաբաղի ովքեր են գնացել Երեւան ու մասնակցել այդ դեպքերին:… Մարտի 1-ի դեպքերից հետո  եղան մարդիկ, ովքեր անմիջապես  հարստացան ու մինչեւ օրս շատ լավ են ապրում: Տիրող խոսակցություններից իմացել եմ մարդկանց անուններ, ովքեր մասնակցել են  այդ դեպքերին: Այդ մարդկանց շարքում է եղել իմ ընկերոջ, ներկայումս  հանգուցյալ, Մարտունու շրջանի Ճաևտաև գյուղի բնակիչ Ռուբիկի որդին` Կամոն»: Ըստ վկայի` վերջինս նշված ժամանակահատվածում ծառայելիս է եղել ՊԲ-ում որպես պայմանագրային զինծառայող, իսկ 2008 թ. մարտի իրադարձություններից հետո դուրս եկել բանակից:

Լսածը վկայակոչելով` Կամո Մնացականյանը  ցուցմունք է տվել, թե 1500 զինվոր տեղափոխվել է Երեւան` Օգանովսկու ղեկավարությամբ, հետո հիշում, որ նրանց հատկացվել է զինվորական համազգեստ դեռ Արցախում, ապա` պնդում, թե նրանցից  20 հոգու առանձնացրել են ժողովրդի վրա կրակելու համար, իսկ մնացած 1500-ը օդ են կրակել:

 

Ի դեպ լրատվամիջոցը նկատում է, որ այս ցուցմունքը հակասում է զինվորականների դրվագով բազմաթիվ այլ ապացույցների:
