ՀՀ նախագահական նստավայրում մեկնարկել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրավիրած հանդիպումը Ամուլսարի շահագործման հարցով: Հանդիպումը փակ է, բայց տեղեկություններ կան, որ մասնակցում են Ջերմուկի համայնքապետը, ավագանու անդամները, բնապահպան-ակտիվիստները և այլ շահագրգիռ կողմեր:

Բաղրամյան 26-ում Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման դեմ ցույց են կազմակերպել մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ, սկսվել է նաև քայլերթ Ազատության հրապարակից դեպի Բաղրամյան 26, ինչպես նաև՝ Ջերմուկից ավտոերթ դեպի Երևան:

Քննչական կոմիտեն հրապարակել էր Ամուլսարի ոսկեբեր քվարցիտների հանքավայրի շահագործման հետ կապված համալիր փորձաքննության արդյունքները, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել էր Advanced Resources Development (ELARD) ընկերության փորձագետների խմբին:

Փորձաքննության արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ առկա է շատ ցածր հավանականություն, որ Ամուլսարի հանքի աղտոտված ջրերը ազդեցություն կունենան Ջերմուկի աղբյուրների վրա, քանի որ Ծրագրի տարածքի և Ջերմուկի տերմալ տաք աղբյուրների միջև ստորգետնյա ջրերի հոսքի և աղտոտման փոխանցման ուղիներ առկա չեն:

«Հինգ հիդրոերկրաբանական միավորներ են առանձնացվել ստորգետնյա ջրերի ուսումնասիրության տարածքում (ՍՋՈւՏ), որը պատշաճ կերպով է սահմանված: Սահմանային գետերի կառուցվածքային հսկողությունը ապահովում է, որպեսզի ՍՋՈւՏ-ից հոսքը և տեղափոխման ուղիները չհատեն այս հիդրավլիկ սահմանները: Շարունակական հոսքի մոնիթորինգի կայանները, որոնք ստեղծվել են Ծրագրի շրջանակներում Արփա, Դարբ և Որոտան գետերի վրա, ընդհանուր առմամբ բավարար են», - ասված է եզրակացությունում:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիոն, սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների և կիբեռհանցագործությունների քննության վարչության պետ, Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով քննչական խմբի ղեկավար Յուրա Իվանյանը լրագրողներին հայտնել էր, որ Ամուլսարի հանքի հետ կապված գործով քրեական հետապնդումը շարունակելու հիմքեր չկան:
