Եռյակի կողմից կառավարությանը առաջարկած 12 կետերի շուրջ քաղաքական քննարկումները վերջին շրջանում ակտիվացել են: Հիշեցնենք իշխանությունները պատրաստակամություն էին հայտնել անցնել բանակցային փուլ և յուրաքանչյուր կետին ավելի խորքային անդրադառնալ:
Եռյակի առաջարկած 12 կետերի վերաբերյալ կառավարությունը անցել է գործնական քայլերի: Մամուլից տեղեկանում ենք, որ վարչապետը տարածել է հայտարարություն, որտեղ նշվում է՝ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է քննարկումների և առաջարկել է յուրաքանչյուր կետի շուրջ դիրքորոշում ներկայացնելու նպատակով ձևավորել 3 հոգանոց թիմ: Մեջբերեմ. ««Քառյակի կողմից ներկայացված 12 կետերից շատերը նոր չեն. դրանց կառավարությունը հրապարակայնորեն անդրադարձել կամ իրականացրել է:
Այդուհանդերձ, մեր դիրքորոշումները քարացած չեն, և մենք պատրաստ ենք քննարկումների»,- եռյակի ներկայացրած 12 կետերի վերաբերյալ, Կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
«Առաջարկում եմ յուրաքանչյուր հարցի համար կառավարության և ընդդիմության կողմից նշանակել 3 հոգանոց թիմ՝ յուրաքանչյուր կետի շուրջ փաստարկների վրա հիմնված դիրքորոշում ներկայացնելու նպատակով: Ես ակնկալում եմ, որ ընդդիմությունը ևս կառուցողական կմոտենա համագործակցության մեր առաջարկին»:
Իշխանությունների կողմից բանակցային գործընթացներ սկսելու պատրաստակամություն հայտնելուց ու մի քանի հարցերի շուրջ քննարկումնների առաջարկ անելուց հետո, տարբեր կարծիքներ էին հնչում առ այն, թե ո՞րը կլինի Եռյակի հաջորդ քայլը՝ արդյո՞ք եռյակը նպատակ ունի հասնել իր առջև դրված առանցքային հարցի լուծմանը, թե՞ պարզապես նրանք խաղում են ընդիմադիր զանգվածի հույզերի հետ, որպեսզի 2017 թվականին ընդիմադիր ձայներով մտնեն խորհրդարան:
Այս թեզի ապացույցը եղավ Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանի՝ վարչապետին արած պատասխան հայտարարությունը: Մասնավորապես նշվել . «Բանակցելու ժամանակն անցել է. իշխանությունները պետք է լուծումներ առաջարկեն Ես չեմ հասկանում' դրանց շուրջ բանակցել ինչ է նշանակում. դրանք պետք է լուծվեն:
Աղքատությունը պետք է վերացնել, գործազրկությունը պետք է վերացնել, արտագաղթի տեմպերը պետք է դադարեցնել, մարդկանց համար' Հայաստանում ապրելու հնարավորություն ստեղծելով: Լուծել է պետք այդ խնդիրները, ես ուրիշ անելիքներ չեմ տեսնում դրանց շուրջ»:
Ակներև է, որ ԲՀԿ-ն միտում չունի քննարկել իր կողմից առաջարկած կետերը: Եռյակը մանևրում է և նպատակը բոլորովին այլ է՝ այս կամ այն խնդրի շուրջ խոսելով ապահովել համապատասխան ընդիմադիր ձայներ:
