Հիմք ընդունելով «Որսի և որսորդական տնտեսության վարման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը, 8-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 8-րդ կետը` շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը ստորագրել է Որսի կենդանիների համար նախատեսվող 2019-2020 թվականների օգտագործման թույլատրելի չափաքանակները և որսի ժամկետները սահմանելու մասին հրամանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից։

Որսը թույլատրվել է իրականացնել միայն չորեքշաբթի, շաբաթ, կիրակի և օրենքով հաստատված տոներին ու հիշատակի օրերին։ Հրամանով երկրորդ տարին անընդմեջ որսաշրջանի ընթացքում չի թույլատրվել կաթնասունների որս` բացի գայլերից և շնագայլերից։

Հրամանի տեքստը՝ ստորեւ․

«Սահմանել որսի կենդանիների համար նախատեսվող 2019-2020 թվականների օգտագործման թույլատրելի չափաքանակները և որսի ժամկետները՝

լոր - 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 24-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 31-ը (յուրաքանչյուր որսորդ՝ 8 հատից ոչ ավելի՝ որս/օրվա ընթացքում),

աղավնի (թխակապույտ և անտառային) – 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 24-ից մինչև 2020 թվականի հունվարի 31-ը (յուրաքանչյուր որսորդ՝ որս/օրվա ընթացքում՝ թխակապույտ աղավնի՝ 4 հատից ոչ ավելի և անտառային աղավնի՝ 2 հատից ոչ ավելի),

արտույտ - (դաշտային, տափաստանային) - 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 31-ը (յուրաքանչյուր որսորդ՝ 4 հատից ոչ ավելի՝ որս/օրվա ընթացքում),

սարյակ (սովորական) - 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 31-ը (յուրաքանչյուր որսորդ՝ 8 հատից ոչ ավելի՝ որս/օրվա ընթացքում),

կաքավ (քարակաքավ) - 2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 31-ը (յուրաքանչյուր որսորդ՝ 5 հատից ոչ ավելի՝ որս/օրվա ընթացքում),

կեռնեխ (սև կեռնեխ, սինակեռնեխ) – 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 18-ից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 31-ը (յուրաքանչյուր որսորդ՝ 4 հատից ոչ ավելի՝ յուրաքանչյուր որս/ օրվա ընթացքում),

ջրլող թռչուններ՝ բադեր (կռնչան բադ, սուլող և ճքճքան մրտիմներ) և ջրհովվիկներ (փառփար, եղեգնահավ) – 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 15-ից մինչև 2020 թվականի փետրվարի 28-ը (յուրաքանչյուր որսորդ՝ 2 հատ բադ և 2 հատ ջրհովվիկից ոչ ավելի` յուրաքանչյուր որս/օրվա ընթացքում)։

2019-2020 թվականների որսաշրջանի ընթացքում սույն հրամանի 1-ին կետով սահմանված կենդանատեսակների համար որսի թույլտվություն ունեցող անձինք կարող են իրականացնել մոխրագույն ագռավի, կաչաղակի, գայլի և շնագայլի որս:

Որս իրականացնել միայն չորեքշաբթի, շաբաթ և կիրակի օրերին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքով հաստատված տոների և հիշատակի օրերին։

Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության կենսառեսուրսների կառավարման գործակալության պետին, համաձայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2003 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ի N884-Ն որոշման, կազմակերպել կենսառեսուրսների օգտագործման համար պայմանագրերի կնքումը»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ որսորդները օգոստոսի 5-ից սկսած գրեթե ամեն օր բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացնում Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության առաջ՝ պահանջելով, որ նախարարությունը թույլ տա որսն ամեն օր իրականացնել, եւ նաեւ վերանայվեն լիցենզիայի համար նախատեսված վճարները։
