Հասարակական- քաղաքական գործիչ Հրանտ Խաչատրյանը, ով թեև վերջին տարիներին իրեն չի համարում քաղաքական գործիչ, քանի որ որևէ կուսակցության ներկյացուցիչ չէ, այնուամենայնիվ, նրա բուռն և երկարատև քաղաքական գործունեությունը հասարակությունը չի մոռացել և նրան որպես քաղաքական գործիչ է ընկալում:

Այս ընկալումից բացի նա նաև ակտիվ քաղաքացի է, ով անկախությունից ի վեր կանգնած լինելով երկրի հասարակական-քաղաքական պայքարի ակունքներում և նրա մոտեցումները, հատկապես նոր սերնդի համար, կարող են բավական հետաքրքրի լինել:

Հ, Խաչատրյանն անդրադառնալով Ամուլսարի խնդրին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Իմ սերնդի հիշողությունը չկորցրած մարդկանց պետք չէ մեղադրել այն բանում, որ նրանք վարչապետ Փաշինյանի վարքագծում ԼՏՊ-ի կիրառած որոշ հայտնի հնարքներն են տեսնում։ Մասնավորապես ժողովրդի ու աշխարհի առաջ նախկինների վերադարձի վտանգի ուռճացումն ու այդ առիթով ժամանակին չարվածի համար ըմբռնում հայցելը, և կոնկրետ հարցերի վերաբերյալ երկիմաստ, իրականում խոստում չպարունակող, բայց միաժամանակ զգացմունքային հողի վրա հակադիր կողմերից յուրաքանչյուրի ականջը շոյող զրույցները։


Դեղատոմսեր չունեմ, դա շատ անձնական է։ Ավելին, չեմ բացառում, որ լավ աշակերտն իր ուսուցչից կարող է մի գլուխ բարձր լինել։ Միայն կասեմ, որ ջայլամի քաղաքականությունն իրեն արդեն սպառում է։
ԱՄՈՒԼՍԱՐԻ թնջուկը սպառնում է բոլորիս համար լուրջ փորձաքար դառնալ, այնքան լուրջ, որ հիշվի որպես ՓՈՐՁԱՍԱՐ։ 

Ամուլսարի հարցում խնդիրը բուն Ամուլսարը չէ, այլ այն, որ այդ հարցը ոչ մի կերպ հնարավոր չէ առանձնացնել հանքարդյունաբերության ընդհանուր թնջուկից ու ներկայացնել որպես առանձին խնդիր՝ որին կարելի է տալ «չարյաց փոքրագույն» լուծում։
Եթե հանքարդյունաբերության մասին մի կուռ, հայեցակարգային հիմքով, ինքնիշխան պետությանը վայել օրենսդրություն սահմանված լիներ, որը թեկուզև հետադարձ ուժ չունենար Լիդիանի գործարքի նկատմամբ, ապա իրավիճակն ավելի պարզ ու հասկանալի կլիներ ու նույնիսկ քննարկելի։

Չեմ բացառում, որ տասնամյակներ հետո իրենց երբեմնի առաջնորդի հետևից նորից հսկայական զանգվածներ կգնան։ Բայց սիրված առաջնորդները պետք է լավ գիտակցեն, որ իրենց աստեղային ժամը հենց իրենց լեգիտիմ պաշտոնավարման տարիներն են։
