Անցյալ տարի օգոստոսի 23-ին գրել էի, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն ոմն Ջամալ Ահմադովի ձեռքով սադրանքներ են նախապատրաստում Ակնայի (Աղդամի) ողղությամբ։ Աղդամի շրջանի Թազաքենդ գյուղում բնակվող ծնունդով Բաշ Ղարվանդից Ահմադ Ջամալովը Աղդամի շրջանի այսպես կոչված "փախստականներին" կոչ էր անում սեպտեմբերի 1-ին Բարդա-Աղդամ ավտոմայրուղու 4-րդ կիլոմետրից քայլերթով հասնել առաջնագիծ, Բաշ Ղարվանդ գյուղի հատվածում սպիտակ դրոշներով և վեր պարզած ձեռքերով հատել սահմանը և բնակություն հաստատել իրենց "հայրական օջախներում"։ Այդ սադրանքն այն ժամանակ կանխվել է մեր համապատասխան կառույցների զգոնության և ժամանակին ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ, որից հետո ադրբեջանական կողմը հասկանալով, որ "խաղաղ ակցիան" տապալվել է, ստիպված եղավ ոստիկանական ուժերի միջոցով քայլերթը "կանխել" սեփական տարածքում` սահմանամերձ գյուղերից մեկի մոտակայքում։
Երկու օր առաջ Ադրբեջանի "փախստականները" և տարբեր հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ Բաքվի այսպես կոչված "շահիդների պուրակում" "Ջաբրայիլի և Ֆիզուլու շրջանների օկուպացիայի 26 ամյակ" խորագրով միջոցառում են կազմակերպել, որտեղ նույն 67 ամյա Ջամալ Ահմադովը, ով ինքն իրեն "ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի վետերան" և "փախստական" է անվանում, հայտարարել է, որ սեպտեմբերի 21-ին, ժամը 10-ի սահմաններում, առաջնագիծը հատելու և "սեփական հողում" բնակվելու նպատակով խաղաղ բնակիչներով հերթական քայլերթն են անելու և կոչ է արել միանալ դրան։ Ըստ Ահմադովի հայտարարության` քայլերթը դեպի Արցախի սահման իրականացնելու են երեք` Գերանբոյի (հյուսիսային, Շահումյանի եւ Մարտակերտի շրջանների սահման), Աղդամի (հարավարեւմտյան, Ասկերանի շրջանի սահման) և Հորադիզի (հարավային, Հադրութի շրջանի սահման) ուղղություններով:
Վստահ եմ, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից նախապատրաստվող չափազանց վտանգավոր և անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով լի հերթական սադրանքն այս անգամ ևս կկանխվի մեր համապատասխան կառույցների ժամանակին ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ։
