Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ընդունեց Շվեդիայի Ռիկսդագի նախագահի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը

Օգոստոսի 27-ին ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ընդունեց պաշտոնական այցով Երևանում  գտնվող Շվեդիայի Թագավորության Ռիկսդագի նախագահ Անդրեաս Նորլենի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից։   

Ողջունելով հյուրերին Հայաստանում՝ նախարար Մնացականյանը գոհունակություն հայտնեց հայ-շվեդական հարաբերություններում առկա դինամիկայի առնչությամբ՝ ընդգծելով, որ պարբերաբար տեղի ունեցող բարձրաստիճան այցելությունները և հանդիպումները, ինչպես նաև Շվեդիայի խորհրդարանի նման ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակության այցը Հայաստան ևս մեկ վկայություն են այն կարևորության, որ երկու երկրները  տալիս են երկկողմ օրակարգի առավել ընդլայնմանը և հարստացմանը: Այս համատեքստում երկուստեք ընդգծվեց խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը և վերջինիս ներուժի լիարժեք կիրառումը հայ-շվեդական հարաբերությունների առավել ամրապնդման գործում:

Նախարար Մնացականյանը շվեդական պատվիրակության անդամներին ներկայացրեց Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ներքաղաքական զարգացումները և կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող բարեփոխումները՝ որպես կառավարության գերակայություն ընդգծելով դատական համակարգի բարեփոխումը՝ ուղղված վերջինիս նկատմամբ հանրային վստահության բարձրացմանը, ինչպես նաև անկախության և անկողմնակալության ապահովմանը։ Այս համատեքստում Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նաև բարձր գնահատեց Շվեդիայի գործուն աջակցությունը՝ Հայաստանի ազգային գերակայությունների խթանման և առաջմղման գործում:

Անդրադառնալով ԵՄ և Հայաստանի միջև հաստատված արժեքահեն հարաբերություններին՝ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարն առանձնահատուկ կարևորեց ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը՝ որպես Եվրամիության և ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների հետ հարաբերությունների նոր իրավական հենք:

Զրուցակիցների խնդրանքով՝ նախարար Մնացականյանն անդրադարձ կատարեց նաև Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական առաջնահերություններին: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի առնչությամբ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը ներկայացրեց Հայաստանի սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը և մոտեցումները՝ առանձնահատուկ կարևորելով խաղաղությանը նպաստող միջավայրի ձևավորումը և ռիսկերի նվազեցման միջոցառումների իրականացումը:
