«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստ» թերթին ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել իշխանական պատգամավորական խմբակցությունում տիրող ընդհանուր իրավիճակից, կամ, այլ ձևակերպմամբ, «խոհանոցից»։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, տևական ժամանակ է՝ խոսվում է այն մասին, որ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունում տրոհումներ են սպասվում, որ առկա են մի քանի բևեռներ և այլն։

Բանը հասավ նրան, որ, այսպես ասած, «սորոսական» թևի հետ կապված՝ սկսեց շրջանառվել նույնիսկ առանձին՝ «Կանաչների» «խմբակցություն» ստեղծելու գաղափարը։ Ահա այս կապակցությամբ թերթի ՔՊ-ական աղբյուրը փոխանցել է, որ խմբակցության նեղ շրջանակներում արդեն հաշվարկներ են գնում, թե հնարավոր տրոհումից հետո ինչ թիվ կկազմի «փաշինյանական» բլոկը։

Ըստ նախնական հաշվարկի, պայմանական ասած՝ «սորոսական» «ֆրակցիայի» մեջ հնարավոր է ընդգրկվի մոտ 20 պատգամավոր։ Ի դեպ, ըստ լուրերի, սա ևս նախապես մշակված տակտիկա էր, որպեսզի քաղհասարակության իմքայլական հատվածն իշխանության գալուց հետո «պոկվի» Փաշինյանից, դե, իսկ Ամուլսարը բավականին լավ առիթ է այդ գեղեցիկ «բաժանումը» հիմնավոր կազմակերպելու համար։ Թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ խմբակցության «վիրահատությունը» տեղի կունենա մինչև տարեվերջ, այսինքն՝ մինչև նստաշրջանի ավարտը։

Ընդ որում, այստեղ առկա է տեսակետների բախում. մի մասի կարծիքով՝ Փաշինյանը մասնակից է այդ մշակված տակտիկային և այսպիսով իր ներսից ընդդիմություն է ձևավորում, մյուս մասի «համոզմամբ»՝ իրավիճակը փաստացի վարչապետի «կանտրոլից» դուրս է գալիս, և վերջինս ամեն ինչ անում է առկա կացությունից դուրս գալու նվազագույն կորուստներով:

Ի դեպ, հաշվի առնելով, որ օրենսդրությունը թույլ չի տալիս նոր խմբակցություն ձևավորել, իսկ, այսպես կոչված, անկախ պատգամավորների կարգավիճակը համակարգված գործունեության համար բարենպաստ չէ, նեղ շրջանակներում քննարկվում է նաև համապատասխան օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու հնարավորությունը:
