Ոստիկանները բացահայտել են Իջևանի համատիրության կառավարչի ապօրինությունները (տեսանյութ)

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Իջևանի համատիրությունների կառավարիչը ապօրինություններ է թույլ տվել։

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊԳՎ կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման և Տավուշի մարզային վարչությունների ու Իջևանի բաժնի ծառայողների համատեղ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Իջևանի համատիրության կառավարիչը, ըստ նախնական տվյալների, իր կարգադրիչ և այլ լիազորությունները օգտագործել է կազմակերպության շահերին հակառակ, այլ անձանց օգտին։

Մասնավորապես, 2013 թ համատիրության և բնակչի միջև կնքվել է ձևական նվիրատվության պայմանագիր, որով համատիրությունը, ի դեմս կառավարչի, Իջևանում գտնվող 349 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսով կիսանկուղային տարածքը նվիրաբերել է կառավարչի խնամուն։
Այնուհետև համատիրության կառավարիչը, անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, քննությանն այս պահին հայտնի տվյալներով՝ նշված տարածքը բաժանել է երկու մասի և առանձնացված մի տարածքը 2 միլիոն դրամով վաճառել է Իջևանի մեկ այլ բնակչի։

Պարզվել է նաև, որ Իջևանի մի բնակչուհի, չհանդիսանալով համատիրության աշխատակից, առանց համապատասխան գրանցումների, համատիրության կառավարչի գիտությամբ և թողտվությամբ՝ բնակիչներին ներկայացել է որպես համատիրության աշխատակցուհի և զբաղվել է բնակչության կողմից համատիրությանը վճարվող գումարների դրամահավաքով։

2017-2019 թվականներին հավաքագրված շուրջ 7 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամից մոտ 6 միլիոն դրամն առձեռն փոխանցվել է համատիրության կառավարչին։ Նա էլ, ըստ նախնական տվյալների, գումարը համատիրության հաշվեհամարին մուտքագրելու փոխարեն յուրացման միջոցով հափշտակել է։
Փաստերի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
