2016 թվականից թուրքական հատուկ ծառայությունները առնվազն 31 մարդ են առեւանգել այլ երկրներում, որոնք այնուհետեւ քրեական պատասխանատվության են ենթարկվել Թուրքիայում: Այդ մասին հաղորդում է գերմանական Die Welt թերթը կիրակի՝ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին՝ հղում կատարելով մի շարք իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների հինգ զեկույցներին, որոնք ներկայացվել են ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից Մարդու իրավունքները պահպանելու վերահսկողության ծրագրի ամփոփման շրջանակում, հաղորդում է DW-ը:

Մասնավորապես, առեւանգումների մասին հաղորդում է Շվեյցարիայի Դաստիարակության, կրթության եւ ինտեգրման հիմնադրամը: Այս կազմակերպությունը կապված է քարոզիչ Ֆեթուլա Գյուլենի հետ, որին Անկարան մեղադրում է 2016 թվականին պետական հեղաշրջման փորձը կազմակերպելու մեջ:

Ավելի վաղ թուրք ԶԼՄ-ները մեջբերում էին երկրի ՆԳ նախարար Սուլեյման Սոյլուի խոսքերը, որ այդ եղանակով Թուրքիա է բերվել 20 երկրներից 100 մարդ: Իր հերթին գերմանական Սահմանադրությունը պահպանելու դաշնային վարչությունը 2018 թվականի հաշվետվության մեջ նախազգուշացրել է Գյուլենի ենթադրյալ կողմնակիցներին Թուրքիա տեղափոխելու նպատակով տարբեր երկրներում պարբերական առեւանգումների մասին: Որպես օրինակ՝ վարչությունը բերում է Թուրքիայի եւ Կոսովոյի հատուկ ծառայությունների գործողությունները, որոնց ընթացքում 2018 թվականին Կոսովոյից բռնի կերպով Թուրքիա էր տեղափոխվել 6 մարդ, որոնք կասկածվում էին Գյուլենի շարժման հետ կապ ունենալու մեջ:

ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների պահպանման վերահսկողության ծրագրի շրջանակում իրավապահների զեկույցների հաջորդ ստուգումը կմեկնարկի 2020 թվականի հունվարին: Die Welt-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այս անգամ Թուրքիայից ստացվել են շատ ավելի շատ հաղորդագրություններ այդ ոլորտում խախտումների մասին, քան հինգ տարի առաջ՝ նախորդ ստուգման նախօրեին:
