Պարզվել է Վանաձորում 27-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննություն է տարվում՝ 27-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: 2019թ. սեպտեմբերի 19-ին՝ ժամը 12:10-ի սահմաններում, «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ գլխի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքով Վանաձոր քաղաքի Մյասնիկյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի մոտից իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել երիտասարդ՝ ծնված 1991 թվականին:

Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ի առավոտյան, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձն իր ծանոթի ավտոմեքենայով գնացել է 27-ամյա երիտասարդի հետ հանդիպման: Տեսելնելով, որ վերջինս իրենց է մոտենում, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, իր պայուսակում պահվող որսորդական հրացանից կրակոցներ է արձակել 27-ամյա երիտասարդի ուղղությամբ և դիմել փախուստի:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ միջադեպին մասնակից անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր նույնպես Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչներ են: Նրանցից մեկը՝ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը, հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է: Հայտնաբերվել է նաև հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող գործիքը՝ որսորդական հրացանը:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝  դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել է որսորդական հրացանից կրակված երեք պարկուճ, արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
