Արդեն ապացուցված է, որ համակարգիչների, հեռուստացույցների, հեռախոսների էկրանները կարող են «նստեցնել» տեսողությունը։

Ինչպե՞ս փրկել աչքերը։ Իհարկե, ցանկացած բժիշկ խորհուրդ կտա սահմանափակել համակարգչի դիմաց շատ նստելը։

Սակայն կան որոշ պարզ և արդյունավետ միջոցներ, որոնք կօգնեն տնային պայմաններում վերականգնել տեսողությունը։

Դրեք ինչ-որ անշարժ իր ձեր դիմաց, աչքերի մակարդակի վրա։ Օրինակ, նկարում պատկերված է մոմ, որը կարող եք դնել սեղանին կամ աթոռին։

Նստեք իրի դիմաց և կենտրոնացրեք ամբողջ ուշադրությունը և մտքերը դրա վրա։ Փորձեք նայել շատ ուշադիր և առանց աչքերը թարթելու։ Ստեղծեք իրի մանրակրկիտ, ճշգրիտ պատկերը, թող այն «գրվի» ձեր մտքում։
