Ռուսական կողմի ստեղծած արհեստական բարդությունների պատճառով Վերին Լարսում առաջացել է հիմնականում հայկական բեռնափոխադրողներին պատկանող ավտոմեքենաների բազմակիլոմետրանոց հերթ։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Սասնա Ծռեր» համահայկական կուսակցությունը:

«Ականատեսները վկայում են, որ Ռուսական կողմի ծառայողների թիրախում հայկական բեռնափոխադրողներն են։ Մյուս պետությունների բեռնափոխադրողների չնչին մասի նկատմամբ կիրառվող նույնաբնույթ տույժերն ու ձգձգումներն ընդամենը նպատակ ունեն քողարկելու այդ հակահայ գործողությունը։

Ավելին՝ Ռուսական կողմն ապրանքի փչանալու և տույժերի հետ կապված նյութական վնասի ու քաշքշուքի պատճառով առաջացող նյարդային մթնոլորտն օգտագործում է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դեմ հայկական բեռնափոխադրող ընկերություններին ու վարորդներին տրամադրելու քարոզչությամբ։

2018 թ. ժողովրդային պարտադրանքով կատարված իշխանափոխությունից անմիջապես հետո Հայաստանի նկատմամբ Մոսկվայի կազմակերպած հիբրիդային պատերազմի այս հերթական գործողությունը ևս մի ապացույց է, որ Ռուսաստանը չի ուզում տեսնել ինքնիշխան Հայաստան։

Մեր նկատմամբ նրա ռազմավարությունը հիմնված է մի սկզբունքի վրա, որ մեզ տեսնում է բացառապես գաղութի կամ հակառակորդի կարգավիճակում։

Ժամանակն է չեզոքացնելու հոգեբանական գրոհներով և վախի միջոցով մեզ ստրկացնելու այս ռազմավարությունը։

Այդ համատեքստում անհրաժեշտ է արդյունավետ քայլերով ժամ առաջ օգնել մեր բեռնափոխադրող ընկերություններին ու վարորդներին, որոնցից շատերն արդեն ավելի քան տասը օր անմարդկային պայմաններում, լարված ու նյարդային վիճակում սպասում են, թե երբ վերջապես կհաղթահարեն այդ չարաբաստիկ անցակետը։

Իսկ արդյունավետ քայլերը պարզ են՝ ներկայիս ջայլամային վարքի փոխարեն հանրային հեռուստատեսությամբ լուսաբանել Վերին Լարսում Մոսկվայի հակահայ գործողությունը և, միաժամանակ՝ Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանին կանչել ՀՀ ԱԳՆ, համապատասխան բողոքի նոտա ներկայացնել և պահանջել վնասի հատուցում»,- ասվում է հայտարարությունում։
