Մոլդովան հույս ունի, որ բանակցություններ կսկսվեն ԵՏՄ-ի եւ ԵՄ-ի միջեւ ազատ առեւտրի մեծ գոտու ստեղծման շուրջ։ Այս մասին ասել է Մոլդովայի նախագահ Իգոր Դոդոնը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Երեւանում, Եվրասիական բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի ընդլայնված կազմով նիստում։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոլդովան հետաքրքիր փորձ ունի, որը կարող է հետաքրքրել նաեւ ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրներին։ «Արդեն 5 տարի Մոլդովայում ներդնում են ԵՄ-ի հետ ազատ առեւտրի մասին համաձայնագիրը, ընդ որում՝ դա տեղի է ունենում ԱՊՀ, բալկանյան երկրների եւ Թուրքիայի հետ ազատ առեւտրի մասին համաձայնագրերի առկայության հետ միաժամանակ։ Մենք կարող ենք կիսել այդ ոչ հեշտ, բայց արժեքավոր փորձը։ Մենք հույս ունենք, որ վաղ թե ուշ բանակցություններ կսկսվեն ԵՏՄ-ի եւ ԵՄ-ի՝ այդ երկու խոշոր միջազգային կազմակերպությունների միջեւ ազատ առեւտրի մեծ գոտու ստեղծման շուրջ։

Մենք աջակցում ենք նման համաձայնագրի կնքման գաղափարին, ինչը կդառնար լուրջ առաջընթաց Լիսաբոնից մինչեւ Վլադիվոստոկ միասնական Եվրոպայի ստեղծման ճանապարհին։ Մոլդովան եվրոպական պետություն է, որն աշխարհագրորեն եւ աշխարհաքաղաքականապես գտնվում է այդ գործընթացների կենտրոնում»,- նշեց նա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոլդովան մտադիր է ուսումնասիրել Զարգացման եվրասիական բանկին մասնակցութան հնարավորությունը։ «Մենք հասկանում ենք տնտեսական շահը, որը կարող է ստանալ Մոլդովան Զարգացման եվրասիական բանկի գործունեությանը միանալու հետեւանքով։ Դա ոչ միայն նոր եւ ռազմավարապես կարեւոր ներդրումային նախագծերի ներդրումն է մեր երկրի տարածքում, այլեւ համատեղ նախագծերի իրականացումը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրների հետ։ Կարծում եմ, որ բանկի գործունեության հանգամանալից ուսումնասիրումը եւ հանդիպումները նրա ղեկավարության հետ թույլ կտան մեզ որոշել Մոլդովայի համար առաջնահերթ ներդրումային նախագծերը եւ առաջ տանել Զարգացման եվրոպական բանկին հանրապետության մասնակցության գաղափարը»,- տեղեկացրեց նա՝ ավելացնելով, որ Մոլդովան ծրագրում է նաեւ  լուծել Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովում մշտական ներկայացուցչի հարցը։ «Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովում Մոլդովայի մշտական ներկայացուցչի առկայությունը թույլ կտա սերտ կապեր պահպանել հանձնաժողովի հետ, օպերատիվորեն տեղեկատվություն ստանալ՝ կապված առեւտրատնտեսական, մաքսային, տեխնիկական, սանիտարական եւ այլ կարգավորումներում փոխգործակցության զարգացման հետ։ Ավելին, Մոլդովան կկարողանա ավելի կառուցողական երկխոսություն վարել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների հետ՝ ընդլայնելու համար առեւտրային, ներդրումային, տեխնոլոգիական համագործակցությունը։

Ուզում եմ նշել, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ պահպանվում է դրական դինամիկա Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրների հետ Մոլդովայի Հանրապետության առեւտրում։ Նախկինում ապրանքաշրջանառությունն ավելացել էր 10 տոկոսով, ընթացիկ տարվա հունվար-հուլիսին այն ավելացել է 6 տոկոսով։ Մոլդովան առաջարկելու բան ունի Եվրասիական միության երկրներին, եւ այս հարցի շուրջ մենք աշխատում ենք»,- նշեց Դոդոնը։
