«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Այն փաստը, որ մարզային օղակներում այսօր իշխանությունները լուրջ խնդիրներ ունեն, արդեն նույնիսկ իշխանությունների համար նորություն չէ. ասվածի վառ օրինակը կիրակի օրը տեղի ունեցած ՏԻՄ ընտրություններն էին, որոնց ժամանակ իշխանության թիրախում հայտնված որոշ համայնքապետներ, որոնք հեռացվել էին աշխատանքից, վերընտրվել են իրենց պաշտոնում, ինչն առաջացրել է իշխանությունների զայրույթը։ 

Ի դեպ՝ այս թեման իշխանությունների համար առավել ցցուն դարձավ Նորաշենի համայնքապետի հետ կապված պատմության առումով. Արարատի մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանը, փորձելով բացատրել, թե ինչու է ազատել Նորաշենի համայնքապետին, ասել է, թե ՏԿԶ նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանից գրություն է ստացել, իսկ թե ինչ գրության կամ որոշման մասին է խոսքը, այդպես էլ մնում է անհասկանալի։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս մասին բարձրաձայնում և իրենց դժգոհությունն են հայտնում անգամ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության փորձառու որոշ մասնագետներ՝ նշելով, թե այս ամենը փորձանք է դառնալու ողջ նախարարության գլխին։ 

Առավել ևս, որ իշխանությունները հետևողականորեն շարունակում են միջամտել ՏԻՄ ընտրովի մարմինների գործերին՝ վիրահատական միջամտություններով փորձելով ազատվել «անցանկալիներից ու անհնազանդներից»՝ միևնույն ժամանակ դա որակելով որպես բնական գործընթաց։ 

Սակայն փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ մի կողմից՝ իշխանությունները ռեսուրս չունեն իրենց թեկնածուին առաջադրելու, մյուս կողմից՝ «զտված» շատ համայնքապետներ վերընտրվում են:
