Երևան քաղաքի դատարանն այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 8–ին հրապարակել է . Ալ. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանն ընդդեմ Մշակույթի նախարարության գործով դատական  ակտը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ին հայտնեց Օրբելյանի ներկայացուցիչ Տիգրան Մարտիրոսյանը։ Երևան քաղաքի դատարանի դատավոր Զարուհի Նախշքարյանը վճռել է ամբողջությամբ բավարարել Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանի հայցը, անվավեր ճանաչել ՀՀ Մշակույթի նախարարի պարտականությունները կատարող Նազենի Ղարիբյանի 2019 թվականի մարտի 3-ի հրամանը և Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանին վերականգնել «Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնում: 

Դատարանը միաժամանակ պարտավորեցրել է «Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ին` հարկադիր պարապուրդի ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածի համար Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանին վճարել հատուցում նրա միջին աշխատավարձի չափով։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մշակույթի նախարարի պարտականությունները կատարող Նազենի Ղարիբյանի հրամանով՝ Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանն ազատվել էր թատրոնի տնօրենի պաշտոնից, քանի որ ըստ ՏԻՄ օրենքի՝ նա չի կարող միաժամանակ լինել թատրոնի տնօրեն ու գեղարվեստական ղեկավարը, իսկ «Լեզվի մասին» օրենքի համաձայն՝ նա պետք է տիրապետի հայերենին (Օրբելյանը ռուսերեն է հաղորդակցվում)։

Այս որոշումից հետո Օրբելյանը դիմել էր դատարան։

Աշխարհահռչակ դիրիժոր Հարրի Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանն Ալեքսանդր Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի տնօրենի պաշտոնում նշանակվել էր 2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 3–ին` այն ժամանակի մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանի հրամանով։
