Ուզում եմ ասել, որ շատ լավ նախադրյալներ կան ապագայի, զարգացման համար։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, Ֆրանսիա-Արցախ բարեկամության շրջանակի անդամ Ֆրանսուա Ռոշբլուան։

Ֆրանսուա Ռոշբլուան նկատում է՝ Արցախը զարգանում է. «Այս տարիների ընթացքում ինչ այցելում եմ Արցախ, այն նշանակալի զարգացում է ապրել։ Նկատելի զարգացում կա, ոչ միայն մայրաքաղաքում, այլ շրջանների որոշ մասում»։ 

Նրա խոսով՝ Արցախում է Արցախի ԱԳՆ-ի ու ՀՅԴ-ի հրավերով. «Այո, ես ստացել եմ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախարարության և ՀՅԴ հրավերը մասնակցել Արցախի բարեկամների համաժողովին և ընդունել եմ այն։ Իհարկե, նաև եկել եմ իմ արցախցի ընկերներին հանդիպելու համար, որից մեկը Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանն է»։

Ռոշբլուան մանսակցում էր Արցախի բերքի տոնին, որի առնչությամբ նշեց՝ տպավորված է. «Իմ վերջին այցն անցած տարի հոկտեմբերին էր, այս տարի ևս հիմա եմ եկել։ Իհարկե, ուզում եմ ասել, որ շատ ուրախ եմ այս փառատոնին ներկա լինելու համար, տպավորված եմ տաղավարների և հրապարակում ներկա մարդկանց քանակով։ Զբոսնելուց տեսա գյուղատնտեսական սարքավորումներ, մեքենաներ, որոնք նույնն են, ինչ Ֆրասիայում։ Ուզում եմ ասել, որ շատ լավ նախադրյալներ կան ապագայի, զարգացման համար»։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախում արդեն 9 տարի է՝ գյուղատնտեսի օրն ուղեկցվում է ավանդույթ դարձած բերքի տոնով:

Ամեն տարի այդ օրը Ստեփանակերտի «Վերածննդի» հրապարակում կազմակերպվում է տոնավաճառ-ցուցահանդես, որին առանձին տաղավարներով  մասնակցություն են ցուցաբերում Արցախի՝ գյուղատնտեսական մթերքներ արտադրող ընկերությունները, բոլոր շրջաններից մայրաքաղաք ժամանած գյուղմթերք արտադրողները՝  ներկայացնելու իրենց ձեռքով մշակված ու պատրաստված  բերքն ու բարիքը:
