Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ Պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում ամփոփվել են սեպտեմբերի 24-ից հոկտեմբերի 5-ն անցկացված ռազմավարական զորավարժությունների արդյունքները: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից։

Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են Պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Արտակ Դավթյանը, Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը, ԶՈՒ բարձրագույն սպակայակազմը:

Ի վերջո, մենք հնարավորություն ունեցանք անվտանգային առումով, զինուժի մարտունակության առումով ի ցույց դնել, թե ինչպիսի մեծ նշանակություն ունի վստահության մթնոլորտը երկրում: Սրա մասին երկար տարիներ, երկար ժամանակ մենք խոսել ենք որպես տեսական երևույթ, տեսական դատողություն, բայց գործնականում մենք տեսանք, որ մեր հանրությունը շատ պատրաստակամ արձագանքեց»:

Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ այս ընթացքում կառավարությունը հետևողական քայլեր է ձեռնարկել և շարունակում է ձեռնարկել Հայաստանում սպառազինության և տեխնիկայի մատակարարումները բնականոն ռեժիմով ապահովելու համար: Գործադիրի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ զորավարժությունները բավական լավ արձագանք են գտել զինված ուժերի զինծառայողների, սպայական անձնակազմի շրջանում, ինչը կարևոր փորձառություն էր նրանց համար: «Կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ այս զորավարժությունների արդյունքում ոչ միայն մեր ընդհանուր վստահությունն է ավելացել մեր ուժերի նկատմամբ, մեր կազմակերպչական ռեսուրսների նկատմամբ, այլ նաև մեր զինված ուժերի անձանակազմի, նույնիսկ շարքային կազմի վստահությունն է ավելացել իրենց ուժերի նկատմամբ, իրենց հավաքական ուժի նկատմամբ և սա ամենակարևոր արձանագրումն է: Իհարկե, այսօր զորավարժությունների արդյունքներն ամփոփելու ամենակարևոր արձանագրումներից մեկը պետք է լինի այն, որ մենք պետք է տեղորոշենք այն թերությունները, որոնք արձանագրվել են, նկատվել են և առաջիկա մեր աշխատանքը պետք է պլանավորված լինի այնպես, որ մենք նպատակային, հասցեական աշխատանքներ տանենք այդ ուղղությամբ՝ զինված ուժերի մարտունակության աստիճանը մի նոր աստիճանի բարձրացնելու նպատակով»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Վարչապետը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ այսօրվա քննարկման արդյունքները կլինեն օգտակար զինված ուժերի գործունեության, և ընդհանրապես, մեր պետական կառավարման համակարգի ու հանրության թիմային աշխատանքը կազմակերպելու համար:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետը ներկայացրել է զորավարժությունների ընդհանուր վերլուծությունն ու արդյունքները:
