«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մի քանի օր է՝ ակտիվ քննարկվում է «Բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության» օրենքի նախագիծը, մասնավորաբար այն դրույթը, որ բուհերում այլևս պարտադիր չեն լինի Հայոց լեզու, Հայ գրականություն և Հայ ժողովրդի պատմություն առարկաները: 

Երեկ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն արձագանքել է այս քննարկումներին ու իր ՖԲ էջում գրել. 

«Քանի որ որոշ շրջանակներ աղմուկ են բարձրացնում «Բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության» օրենքի աշխատանքային նախագծի որոշ դրույթների վերաբերյալ, որն այս օրերին շարունակվում է փոփոխվել, կոչ կանեմ լրատվամիջոցներին և հասարակությանը չտրվել էժանագին սադրանքների և սպասել նախագծի հրապարակմանը, որից հետո կլինեն պարզաբանումներ»: 

Այնինչ, այս նախագիծը, թեկուզ պաշտոնապես չի դրվել շրջանառության մեջ, սակայն, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, նախարարի հանձնարարականով քննարկվել է տարբեր բուհերում և գիտական հաստատություններում: Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, եզրակացությունների գերակշիռ մասը բացասական է: Հնարավոր է՝ սա էլ դարձել է նախարարի «մուննաթի» պատճառ: 

Այս իշխանությունների համար արդեն գործելաոճ է դարձել անվանարկել ցանկացած տեսակետ, որը քննադատություն է պարունակում իրենց հասցեին: 

Հետաքրքիր է՝ ի՞նչն է համարում նախարարը «էժանագին սադրանք», քննարկումները մի հարցի շուրջ, որը հաստատել են նաև նախարարությունի՞ց, թե մասնագիտական շրջանակների կոշտ տեսակետները պաշտոնապես չհրապարակված, բայց կարծիքի ուղարկված նախագծի մասին: 

Եթե այսքան ցավագին պետք է ընդունվեր, ուրեմն նախագծի հետ հարկավոր էր կցել հավելված՝ իրազեկումով, որ ընդունվում են միայն դրական կարծիքները: 

Իսկ եթե ներկայումս առկա կարծիքները մինչ նախագծի՝ իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական հարթակում տեղադրվելը հաշվի են առնվելու, կարելի էր ավելի կոռեկտ լինել ու այդպես էլ հայտարարել:

Ընդհանրապես, լավ կլիներ, եթե երկար անունով նախարարության ղեկավարն ու իր մյուս գործընկերները որևէ գրառում կատարելուց առաջ մի քիչ երկար մտածեն՝ հիշելով, որ իրենք վաղուց սոսկ ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերեր չեն, այլ պետական պաշտոնյաներ, ընդ որում՝ բավականին բարձրաստիճան: 

Հակառակ դեպքում ստացվում է մի վիճակ, որ ինչինչ հանգամանքների բերումով նախարարի աթոռին հայտնված մարդը որակումներ է տալիս տարբեր մտավորականների, մասնագետների, որոնք «համարձակվում են» այնպիսի կարծիք հայտնել, որը չի համապատասխանում իշխանությունների տեսակետին:
