Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, ընդունել է պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստանում գտնվող Վրաստանի վարչապետ Գեորգի Գախարիային՝ ուղեկցությամբ Հայաստանի Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի տեղեկատվական համակարգից։

Ողջունելով Վրաստանի վարչապետի գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցը համայն հայության հոգևոր կենտրոն՝ Հայոց Հայրապետը շնորհավորել է տիար Գեորգի Գախարիային վարչապետի կարևոր պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ այցը կնպաստի հայ-վրացական դարավոր բարեկամության առավել զորացմանը: Նորին Սրբությունն անդրադարձ է կատարել երկու ժողովուրդների միջև եղած պատմական առնչություններին, որոնք հարուստ են փոխօգնության, զորակցության և միասնական պայքարի բազում վկայություններով՝ հաստատելով, որ դրանք այն ամուր հիմքերն են, որոնց վրա պետք է կառուցվի և հաստատվի երկու երկրների գործակցությունը:

Իր հերթին վարչապետ Գեորգի Գախարիան Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսին փոխանցել է Համայն Վրաստանի Իլյա Բ Կաթողիկոս-Պատրիարքի եղբայրական ողջույնները` համոզում արտահայտելով, որ երկու ժողովուրդների դարավոր բարեկամությունը հիմնված է եկեղեցական սերտ հարաբերությունների վրա: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ Եկեղեցին մշտապես ունեցել է իր կենսական և պետականաշինական նշանակությունը և շարունակելու է այդպիսին մնալ: Անդրադառնալով այցի արդյունքներին` պրն. Գախարիան հավաստիացրել է, որ երկու երկրների և ժողովուրդների միջև առկա բոլոր հարցերը լուծվելու են եղբայրական հարաբերությունների հիմքի վրա:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Նորին Սրբությունն իր շնորհակալությունը հայտնել է Վրաստանի իշխանություններին Վիրահայոց թեմի գործունեությանը զորակցելու և Վրաստանի հայ համայնքի նկատմամբ խնամք ցուցաբերելու համար` միևնույն ժամանակ հույս հայտնելով, որ անհրաժեշտ միջոցները կձեռնարկվեն երկրում հայկական մշակութային և հոգևոր ժառանգության պատշաճ պահպանության ուղղությամբ:

Վեհափառ Հայրապետն իր ողջույններն ու բարեմաղթանքները փոխանցել է Վրաց Ուղղափառ Եկեղեցու պետին, ապա հանդես եկել առաջարկով Վրաց Ուղղափառ Եկեղեցու հետ համատեղ, աջակցությամբ նաև Վրաց իշխանությունների կազմակերպել հոգևոր-մշակութային միջոցառումներ, եկեղեցական արժեքների ցուցադրություններ` ի նպաստ երկու ժողովուրդների միջև մշակութային և հոգևոր կապերի զորացման:

Վերջում Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսն իր օրհնությունը և խաղաղության ու բարօրության մաղթնանքերն է հղել վրաց ժողովրդին:
