ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ում նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել բացատրություն վերցնել մի շարք անձանցից, այդ թվում նաև ՍԴ նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի մոտ ազգականներից: Այդ մասին հաղորդում է ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնը:

Հիշեցնենք, երեկ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցներն այցելել էին Հրայր Թովմասյանի հայրական տուն: Իսկ այսօր ԱԱԾ են կանչվել Թովմասյանի դուստրերը: 

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդել էինք, որ ԱԺ անկախ պատգամավոր Արման Բաբաջանյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Հրայր Թովմասյանը յուրացրել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահի պաշտոնը։ Պատգամավորը հոկտեմբերի սկզբին դիմում է ներկայացրել Գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ պահանջելով քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալ այդ «կոպտագույն իրավախախտումներին»:
