Երևանում Չեխուհու նկատմամբ ավազակային հարձակում  կատարելու համար երեք երիտասարդի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել։ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am–ին հայտնում են, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է օտարերկրյա քաղաքացու՝ 29-ամյա աղջկա նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Իրականացված բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել` նույն անձանց կողմից խմբի կազմում կատարված այլ հանցավոր դրսևորումների՝ բնակարանային գողությունների, ինչպես նաև՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած ևս մեկ անձի վերաբերյալ:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Չեխիայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացուհին՝ ծնված 1990 թվականին, Ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ 2019թ. հունիսի 2-ին՝ ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում, Աջափնյակից Կենտրոն համայնք ճանապարհին՝ ավտոմեքենայում, երեք երիտասարդներ դանակի սպառնալիքով իրենից պահանջել են իր բջջային հեռախոսը, գումար և թանկարժեք իրեր, պայուսակից հանել են ֆոտոխցիկը, իսկ դրամապանակից՝ դրանում առկա տարբեր արժույթների կանխիկ գումարը, այնուհետև իրեն հրել դուրս են գցել ավտոմեքենայից և դիմել փախուստի:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնում հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով և ուղարկվել ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին և ընդունվել վարույթ:

Ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել էր ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր հանդիսանում են Աշտարակ քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ հասակակիցներ՝ ծնված 1995 թվականին: Վերջիններիս մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև՝ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված անձանց վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ՔԿ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվում է մեկ այլ քրեական գործ ևս՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով և 238-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նշված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2019թ. մարտի 18-ին՝ ժամը 13:00-ից մինչև մարտի 22-ի ժամը 13:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, և 2019թ. հունիսի 2-ին՝ ժամը 01:00-ից մինչև 02:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, հիշյալ անձինք Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում բնակարանային գողություններ են կատարել:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ երեք երիտասարդներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով (2 դրվագ) և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 238-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Որոշում է կայացվել՝ սույն քրեական գործը, ըստ ենթակայության, ուղարկել Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին՝ ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործին միացնելու և համատեղ քննություն կատարելու համար:

ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև՝ վերը նշված բնակարանային գողություններին անմիջական կատարմանը առնչություն ունեցած ևս մեկ անձի վերաբերյալ, ով հանդիսանում է Աշտարակ քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1989թ.: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով:
