«Ի՞նչ է արել գրավադրված շենքի գումարը»․ խուլ ու համրերի բողոքի ակցիան՝ ընդդեմ նախկին տնօրենի

Խուլ ու համրերի միության անդամները բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում ՀՀ վարչական դատարանի շենքի դիմաց՝ պնդելով, որ միության նախկին տնօրեն Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանն իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում ապօրինություններ է կատարել և չեն ցանկանում, որպեսզի նա վերադառնա այդ պաշտոնին։

Նշենք, որ այսօր պետք է կայանար Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանն ընդդեմ Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանի գործով նախնական դատական նիստը, սակայն նիստը հետաձգվեց պատճառաբանությամբ, որ թարգմանիչը առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով հնարավորություն չի ունեցել ներկա գտնվելու։

Հայաստանի խուլերի միավորման շահերի ներկայացուցիչը նշեց՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ դատավարությանը մասնակցում են խուլ և համր անձինք, որոնց համար անհրաժեշտ է թարգմանիչ՝ առանց նրա ներկայության հնարավոր չէր օբյեկտիվ քննություն անցկացնել։ 

Խուլ ու համրերի խոսքով՝ Գրիգորյանը երբեք ոչինչ չի արել իրենց համար․ «Մեր պահանջն է, որ Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանը չգա պաշտոնի, նա 5 տարվա ընթացքում ոչինչ չի արել խուլ ու համրերի համար։ Բա խի ա մեր ջանքերով սարքած միավորմանը պատկանող մշակույթի և սպորտի պալատի շենքը գրավադրել, 50 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ գումարից 21 միլիոնն օգտագործել պետական պարտք վճարելու համար, իսկ մնացածը չգիտենք՝ ինչ ա արել»,- ասում են նրանք։

Հիշեցնենք, որ այս տարվա հուլիսին Գրիգորյանը դատական հայց է  ներկայացրել Բադասյանի դեմ՝ պահանջելով վերացնել Արդարադատության նախարարի որոշումը, որով անվավեր էր ճանաչել գործադիր մարմնի  ղեկավար Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանի՝  Խուլերի միավորման նախագահի պետական գրանցումը։
