«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Դեռևս օգոստոսին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքը տեղեկացրել էր այն մասին, որ առաջիկայում Հայաստանում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության դեսպան կնշանակվի հայազգի Ալան Անդրանիկ Գոգբաշյանը: Հաղորդվում է, որ Գոգբաշյանն իր պարտականությունների կատարմանը կանցնի 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերին: 

Սակայն արդեն հոկտեմբերին դեսպանությունը տեղեկացրեց, որ Ալան Գոգբաշյանը չի ստանձնի այդ պաշտոնը Երևանում՝ ելնելով գործառնական հանգամանքներից։

Ու չնայած Գոգբաշյանը որպես դեսպան չժամանեց Հայաստան, սակայն, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, բավականին հետաքրքրված է ՀՀ-ում ընթացող ներքաղաքական զարգացումներով, ավելին՝ նա որոշակի քաղաքական շրջանակներում ունի լուրջ ազդեցություն։ 

Թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ՀՀ քաղաքական դաշտում ակտիվ գործունեություն ծավալող գործիչներից հատկապես մեկ-երկուսը կոնկրետ աշխատում են նրա «գծի» շրջանակներում։ 

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի թեման նորից հանրային օրակարգ բերելու գործում առանցքային դերակատարություն ունեցողներից մեկը հենց Գոգբաշյանն է, որը փորձում է այս թեման շրջանառության մեջ դնել հայ հանրության շրջանում հակառուսական հերթական ալիքն ապահովելու կոնտեքստում: 

Սակայն, սա միակ թեման չէ: Քանի որ Հայաստանում հակառուսական որոշակի ակտիվություն է նկատվում, ուստի որոշ ուժեր փորձում են տարբեր թեմաներ անընդհատ շահարկել՝ հիմնական վեկտորներն ուղղելով Ռուսաստանի ուղղությամբ։ 

Մասնավորաբար, Գոգբաշյանը նման կերպ փորձում է ՀՀ տարածքում ստեղծել մի կուռ թիմ, որի միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի շատ արագ հակառուսական գաղափարներն ամբողջովին դարձնել հեգեմոն։
