Տավուշի փառք Աստծո՝ արդեն նախկին մարզպետ Արմեն Ղուլարյանը մտադիր է վերադառնալ իր նախկին պաշտոնին և ջանքեր չի խնայում բաղձալի երազանքին հասնելու համար: Ինչպես գրում է «Հրապարակ» թերթը՝ այդ տատասկոտ ճանապարհը հարթելու համար նա մտածում է սկզբից առաջադրվել Իջևանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնի համար, սակայն վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նրան մերժել է:
Իջևանի գործող քաղաքապետը ԲՀԿ-ական Վարդան Ղալումյանն է, ով նորից առաջադրվելու մտադրություն ունի, և Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը չի պատրաստվում ԲՀԿ-ի դեմ մարդ դնել, ուստի Ղուլարյանին հասկացրել է, որ իր գնացքն արդեն գնացել է, թող բավարարվի փոխնախարարի պաշտոնով:
Այսքանը ինֆորմացիայի մասով, սակայն թռուցիկ հայացք իսկ նետելով Ղուլարյանի «հերոսական» անցյալին՝ ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ սա նախկին մարզպետի հերթական «ժուլիկությունն» է. նա, լավ իմանալով, որ զրոյական վարկանիշով անգամ Իջևանի ավագանու անդամ չի ընտրվի, պարզապես իր առաջադրման տեսլականը մտադիր է օգտագործել քաղաքական «բազարների» համար՝ որպես այլընտրանք պահանջելով մարզպետի պաշտոնը: Սակայն իշխանություններին մի էքսպերիմենտ եմ առաջարկում՝ թող Ղուլարյանը Իջևանում առաջադրվի որպես ավագանու թեկնածու, ընտրվի թեկուզ վերջին հորիզոնականով և դրանից հետո մարզպետ չէ, ուզում եք վարչապետ նշանակեք:
Ու գիտե՞ք որն է այս ամբողջ պատմության ամենազարմանալի կողմը. այդ մարդուն թվում է, թե դեռ հնարավոր է վերադառնալ մի պաշտոնի, որին տիրանալու ամբողջ ընթացքում մարզում գործել է ատկատների այնպիսի մեխանիզմ, որից մեր բազմաթիվ «ատկատասեր» նախարարների աչքերը կլցվեր: Այս մարդիկ, երկար տարիներ տնտեսության հերը անիծելուց հետո անգամ, արժանապատիվ հեռանալու և մի մութ անկյունում տարիների այստեղ-այնտեղից «կպցրածը» մսխելու կամք չունեն: Ու երբեմն այստեղ-այնտեղ պաշտոն մուրալով և իրենց մասին հիշեցնելով՝ չեն գիտակցում, որ կրակի հետ են խաղում...
Բա որ իսկապես բանուգործներս թողենք ու սկսենք «հիշել» Արմեն Ղուլարյանի պաշտոնավարման տարիների չարաշահումներն ու բացթողումները, ի՞նչ եք կարծում, ի՞նչ կմնա նրանից. նույնպիսի մի զրո, ինչպիսին է նախկին մարզպետը՝ տիեզերական ամենաաննշան օբյեկտի հետ համեմատած...
