Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի նստավայրում այսօր կայացել է Հայաստանի և Հունաստանի նախագահների գլխավորած պատվիրակությունների հանդիպումը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ կառավարության լրատվական ծառայությունից։

Ողջունելով նախագահ Պրոկոպիոս Պավլոպուլոսի և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցը Հայաստան՝ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է ավելի վաղ՝ նեղ կազմով քննարկված հարցերի շրջանակին: «Ուրախ էի լսելու, որ Հունաստանը մոտ ժամանակներս կվավերացնի Եվրամիության հետ Հայաստանի համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը: Համակարծիք էինք, որ շատ էական է մեր երկկողմ համագործակցությունը քաղաքական, տնտեսական, նաև՝ մշակութային, գիտական և այլ ոլորտներում,- ասել է նախագահ Սարգսյանը:-Նաև կարևորեցինք եռակողմ պլատֆորմը՝ Հայաստան-Հունաստան-Կիպրոս: Բացի այդ, մենք կարող ենք Հունաստանը դիտարկել որպես դարպաս դեպի Եվրամիություն, և հակառակը, Հունաստանը կարող է Հայաստանը դիտարկել որպես դարպաս դեպի Եվրասիական միություն»:Նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել երկկողմ հարաբերությունները բոլոր ոլորտներում նոր մակարդակի հասցնելու ներուժը:

Հունաստանի նախագահ Պրոկոպիոս Պավլոպուլոսն ընդգծել է, որ պատրաստ է իր նպաստը բերելու երկկողմ հարաբերությունների սերտացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը: «Մեր երկու ժողովուրդներն ու երկրները պատմականորեն պարտադրված են համագործակցել, և մենք պետք է խորացնենք այդ գործակցությունը բոլոր ասպարեզներում»,-ընդգծել է նա:

Նախագահները կարևոր են համարել նաև երկու երկրների կառավարությունների, ինչպես նաև խորհրդարանների միջև առավել սերտ համագործակցությունը՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով հնարավորինս աջակցել նրանց ջանքերին:

Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում համագործակցության հարցերին:

Նշելով, որ խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգը Հայաստանում նոր է, նախագահ Սարգսյանն առաջարկել է քննարկել երկու երկրների նախագահական կառույցների միջեւ փոխգործակցության, մասնավորապես, նախագահների աշխատակազմերի միջև փորձի փոխանակման ծրագրերի հնարավորությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով Հունաստանի խորհրդարանական կառավարման հարուստ փորձն ու ավանդույթները: Հունաստանի նախագահը դրական է արձագանքել առաջարկին:
