«Սպայկա» ընկերության նորակառույց պանրի գործարանում արտադրված հայկական ընդհանուր առմամբ 21 տոննա կապույտ բորբոսով պանիրը 24 օր ՌԴ Վերին Լարսի մաքսային անցակետում հարկադիր կանգնեցվելուց հետո վերադարձվեց Հայաստան. Վերին Լարսի մաքսային անցակետը արգելեց հայկական պանրի մուտքը ՌԴ: Այս մասին «Սպայկա» ընկերությունից:

05.11.2019 թվականին, ՌԴ Վերին Լարսի մաքսային անցակետի աշխատակիցները բանավոր հայտնել են ընկերության բեռնատարի վարորդին, որ չեն կարող բաց թողնել պանիրը ՌԴ տարածք և հետ են ուղարկելու բեռը Հայաստան, քանի որ ստացել են փորձաքննության արդյունքները, որոնց համաձայն՝ պանրի ծագման երկիրը նշվել է՝ «Հայաստան, Առաջավոր Ասիա, Հարավ-արևելյան Եվրոպա»:

Ընկերությունը՝ սկսած առաջին օրվանից, ՌԴ Վերին Լարսի մաքսային անցակետի և ՌԴ Հյուսիսային Օսեթիայի մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարությանը նամակներ, ծանուցումներ, լրացուցիչ տեղեկություններ, փաստաթղթեր, տեսագրություններ, ԶԼՄ-ների կողմից ընկերության պանրի գործարանի բացման մասին վիդեոռեպորտաժներ է ուղարկել հավաստելու համար, որ պանիրն արտադրված է Հայաստանում:

Ծագած խնդրի մասին առաջին իսկ օրվանից տեղեկացվել է ՀՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությանը, որն աշխատում է խնդրին համակարգային լուծում տալու ուղղությամբ: Խնդրի մասին նամակ է ուղարկվել նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովին (ԵԱՏՄ):

ՌԴ Վերին Լարսի մաքսային անցակետի նման կամայական, ոչ իրավաչափ գործողությունների պատճառով ընկերությունը կրում է մեծ վնասներ՝ հարկադիր կերպով կանգնեցված պանիրը կորցրեց իր պիտանելիության ժամկետից 24 օր, ընկերությունը պանիրը չմատակարարելու համար ենթարկվեց տույժերի և տուգանքների պատվիրատուների կողմից:

Մինչ օրս մեզ չի տրամադրվել ՌԴ Վերին Լարսի մաքսային անցակետի կողմից իրականացված լաբորատոր փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը: Ընկերության համար պարզ չէ, թե ինչպես Հայաստանում արտադրված պանիրը ՌԴ Վերին Լարսի մաքսային ծառայողների կողմից համարվեց այլ երկրի արտադրանք:

Ընկերությունը շարունակելու է պայքարել պաշտպանելու համար իր շահերը և իրավունքները ՌԴ Վերին Լարսի մաքսային անցակետի ոչ իրավաչափ և անտրամաբանական գործողություններից, ինչպես նաև վերականգնելու իրեն պատճառված վնասները:

Ընկերությունը հրավիրում է բոլոր ցանկացողներին, ովքեր մտահոգված են սույն խնդրով՝ այցելելու ընկերության պանրի գործարան և տեսնելու պանրի արտադրման գործընթացը:

Հ.Գ. ՌԴ Մաքսային ծառայության հայաստանյան ներկայացուցիչը նույնպես եղել է Ընկերության պանրի գործարանում և ծանոթացել արտադրական ողջ պրոցեսին:
