2020թ. գարնանը կշահագործվի Կապանի օդանավակայանը, չնայած վնասով կաշխատի

Կապանի օդանավակայանը նախատեսվում է շահագործել  2020 թվականի գարնանից: Մոտ 2 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ թռիչքուղին արդեն պատրաստ է, իսկ չվերթներ կիրականացնի 19 տեղանոց լեհական Let L-410 ինքնաթիռը։

«Մեր հաշվարկով, եթե եղանակային պայմանները թույլ տան, ապա ինքնաթիռը կարող է մեկ օրում 4 անգամ թռիչք իրականացնել դեպի Երևան ու վերադառնալ Կապան: Ցավոք, նախնական տարբերակով  կարող ենք միայն դեպի Երևան թռիչքներ իրականացնել, քանի որ այս պահին, բացի «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից և Գյումրիի օդանավակայանից Հայաստանում չեն կարող լինել այլ միջազգային օդանավակայաններ»,- ասաց «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Նարեկ Ամբարյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ այդ ամենով հանդերձ՝ իրենք օդանավակայանը նախագծել, կառուցել և սերտիֆիկացնում են միջազգային օդանավակայանի պահանջներին համապատասխան. «Հույս ունենք, որ մի օր այդ արգելքը կվերանա և Կապանը նույնպես միջազգային օդանավակայան կունենա: Ուզում եմ նշել, որ օդանավակայանը կառուցումը բարդություններ ունի, քանի որ զուտ շինարարություն, շինարարական կառույց չէ, այլ՝ հատուկ օբյեկտ է, անցնում է հատուկ սերտիֆիկացումներ, փորձաքննություններ»: 

 

Ամբարյանը ընդգծեց, որ նախագծման, մտահղացման և իրականացման բոլոր փուլերում ամբողջ ծավալով ֆինանսավորումը իրականցրել է Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը. «Նախահաշվային արժեքը 2,3 միլիարդ դրամ է, որից մոտ 2 միլիարդը իրացված է: Օդանավակայանը տնտեսապես շահավետ չի լինելու, վնասով է աշխատելու: Վնասն իր վրա է վերցնելու «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը»: Նաև սոցիալական ծրագրերի շրջանակում, կոմբինատը առանձին սոցիալական խմբերի սուբսիդավորելու է»:

Ըստ Ամբարյանի՝ տոմսը կարժենա մոտ 40 հազար դրամ, որը  ներառելու է նաև վերադարձի գինը. «Սա մեզ համար սոցիալական պրոեկտ է, որն ուղղված է մարզում կյանքի բարելավմանը, ակիվացմանը, տուրիզմի զարգացմանը: Սա բիզնես ձեռնարկ չէ և շահույթ չի հետապնդում: Օդանավակայանը  նաև ստարտեգիական կարևոր նշանակություն կարող է ունենալ, քանի որ Սյունիքը ավելի կմոտեցնի Երևանին»:

 

Նա նաև նշեց, որ օդանավակայանում հիմնական աշխատանքներն  արդեն ավարտվել են և գտնվում է վերջնական՝ հարդարման փուլում. «Բայց կան գործընթացներ, որոնք շինարարական չեն: Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի վարչության մասնագետների կողմից մեր օդանավակայանը անցնում է փորձաքննություններ, ստուգումներ և համապատասխան ընթացակարգեր: Օդաչուներն առանձին որակավորում են անցել, տեխնիկները՝ առանձին: Այդ գործընթացները ունեն բնական, ընդունված ժամկետներ, որոնք չենք կարող արագացնել»: 

Սյունիքի օդանավակայանի տնօրենը Կարեն Վարդանյանի խոսքով՝  օդանավակայանի կառուցվածքի շուրջ քննարկումներ են ընթանում, որի հաստատումից հետո կսկսեն անձնակազմի հավաքագրումը. «Այդ մարդկանց կգործուղենք Երևան, անցնելու համապատասխան սերտիֆիկացում և դասընթացներ, որից հետո տեղի կունենա օդանավակայանի շահագործումը: Ենթադրվում է, որ 20-ից ավելի մարդ կարող է մեզ մոտ աշխատել: Օդանավակայանը 1 ժամում կարող է սպասարկել մոտ 100 հոգու»:

 

Օդանավակայանի վերակառուցումն իրականացնում է «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը»։
