Երբ օրգանիզմն անհրաժեշտ քանակով հեղուկ չի ստանում, նկատվում են մի շարք խնդիրներ: Fithacker.ru-ն ներկայացրել է մի քանի նշան, որոնք վկայում են այն մասին, որ օրգանիզմը ջրազրկված է:

Գլխացավ: Օրգանիզմն օգտագործում է հեղուկը, որը բաղկացած է ոչ միայն ջրից, այլև այնպիսի հանքանյութերից, ինչպիսիք են կալիումն ու նատրիումը: Ջրազրկման դեպքում օրգանիզմը զրկվում է նաև այդ նյութերից, առաջանում է գլխացավ: Որքան շատ հեղուկ եք կորցնում, այնքան գլխացավը սրվում է:

Փորկապություն: Հեղուկը նպաստում է աղիների աշխատանքին: Ջրազրկման դեպքում օրգանիզմը չի կարողանում ճիշտ տեղափոխել սննդի մնացորդները, ինչը փորկապության է հանգեցնում:

Գլխապտույտ: Օրգանիզմում ջրի անբավարար քանակի դեպքում արյան ճնշումն իջնում է, ինչը հանգեցնում է գլխապտույտի:

Սովի զգացումը սրվում է: Եթե կերել եք, բայց ուտելու ցանկություն է առկա, հնարավոր է՝ օրգանիզմին պարզապես չի բավականացնում հեղուկի մակարդակը:

Մեզի մուգ դեղին գույն: Սա օրգանիզմի ջրազրկման ամենատարածված նշաններից է:

Քնելու ցանկություն: Հեղուկի բավարար քանակն անհրաժեշտ է նաև զարկերակային ճնշման հավասարակշռության համար: Ջրազրկման դեպքում ճնշումն ընկնում է, արյան մեջ նվազում է թթվածնի մակարդակը՝ դանդաղեցնելով նյարդային, մկանային գործառույթներն ու ստիպելով հոգնածություն զգալ:

Մաշկային խնդիրներ: Բավարար քանակով հեղուկի առկայությունն օրգանիզմում կարևոր է մաշկի առողջության համար: Սեղմեք մաշկը և ուշադիր եղեք՝ որքան արագ է այն նորմալ վիճակի վերադառնում: Եթե մաշկը բավական արագ է վերադառնում նորմալ տեսքի, նշանակում է՝ օրգանիզմը բավարար քանակով հեղուկ ստանում է:

Ջղաձգումներ: Խոնավեցումն ու էլեկտրոլիտների հավասարակշռությունը որոշիչ նշանակություն ունեն մկանների ճիշտ կրճատման համար: Երբ օրգանիզմին հեղուկի մակարդակը չի բավարարում, առաջանում է մկանային սպազմ:

Բերանի խոռոչի չորություն:  Ջրազրկման մասին կարող են վկայել նաև բերանի չորությունն ու լեզվի այտուցվածությունը:

Ջերմության զգացում: Օրգանիզմը ջրի կարիք ունի՝ մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը կարգավորելու համար: Քրտնարտադրությունն օրգանիզմի նորմալ ռեակցիա է, բայց երբ այն ջրազրկված է, քրտնարտադրությունն առատ չէ, փոխարենը՝ մարմինն արագ է տաքանում:
