Թբիլիսիում բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները շարունակում են փակել խորհրդարանի շենքի մուտքերը՝ թույլ չտալով պատգամավորներին մտնել օրենսդիր մարմին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Առաջին վրացական հեռուստաալիքը, ակցիայի մասնակիցներն օրենսդիր մարմնի մոտ հնարավորություն չեն տվել «Վրացական երազանք» խմբակցության անդամ, պատգամավոր Ռեւազ Արվելաձեին մտնել խորհրդարանի շենք։ Արվելաձեն արդեն հեռացել է խորհրդարանի տարածքից։ Բողոքողները նրա հասցեին բղավում են «ստրուկ» եւ նրան ուղեկցում սուլոցներով ու գոչյուններով։ Ցուցարարները Ռեւազ Արվելաձեին կոչ են արել դուրս գալ խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունից։ Նրանք նաեւ հարցրել են, թե ինչու է «Վրացական երազանքը» տապալել սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների քվեարկությունը։

Վրաստանի խորհրդարանը նոյեմբերի 14-ին տապալել էր սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների քվեարկությունը, որոնք նախատեսում էին 2020 թվականին խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացում մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով՝ անցողիկ զրոյական շեմով: Նախաձեռնության քննարկումը շարունակելու համար անհրաժեշտ էր 150-ից 113 պատգամավորի ձայնը: Քվեարկության ժամանակ փոփոխություններին աջակցել է 101 պատգամավոր: Իշխող «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության 3 պատգամավոր դեմ է քվեարկել, եւս 39-ը ձեռնպահ է մնացել:

Իշխող կուսակցության կողմից իր խոստումը չկատարելուց հետո Թբիլիսիի կենտրոնում խորհրդարանի շենքի առջեւ սկսվել է բողոքի անընդմեջ ցույց: Խորհրդակցությունների արդյունքներով ընդդիմությունը եւ քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստները իշխանություններին 3 պահանջ են ներկայացրել՝ ժամանակավոր, տեխնիկական կառավարության ձեւավորում, արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նշանակում համամասնական ընտրակարգով, Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի վերակազմավորում:

Նոյեմբերի 17-ին ընդդիմության մեծածավալ հանրահավաքին հայտարարվել է խորհրդարանի պիկետավորման մասին, օրենսդիր մարմնի շենքի բոլոր երեք մուտքերը արգելափակվել են: Ցուցարարները հայտարարում են, որ պատգամավորներին թույլ չեն տա ներս մտնել այնքան ժամանակ, մինչեւ իրենց պահանջները չկատարվեն:
