Դատարանը կրկին մերժեց Մանվել Գրիգորյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը գրավով փոխարինելու միջնորդությունը

Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Կենտրոնի նստավայրում ընթացող ԵԿՄ նախկին նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի եւ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի գործով դատական նիստը նախագահող Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը մերժեց պաշտպանների՝ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի խափանման միջոցը՝ 5 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը։

Նշենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանն այս դատական նիստի մինչեւ սկսվելը վատացավ եւ ներկա չեղավ նիստին։ Նա ներկայացել էր անվասայլակով, ուղեկցում էին շտապ օգնության աշխատակիցները։ Նիստերի դահլիճում Գրիգորյանին դիմավորել էին ծափահարություններով եւ  «առողջություն զորավարին» կոչերով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ դատական նիստին ամբաստանյալի պաշտպանները դատարանին ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել, որը դատարանը մերժել է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելու, ավելի քան 101 միլիոն դրամի գույք յուրացնելու, ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դրամի հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու, պետական միջոցներից ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դրամ վատնելու եւ շորթմամբ 37 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ գույքի հափշտակությունը կազմակերպելու մեջ:

Նազիկ Ամիրյանը մեղադրվում է ամուսնու, որդու՝ Արման Գրիգորյանի եւ քննությամբ չպարզված այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ ապօրինի կերպով իրենց պատկանող երեք տներում ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր պահելու, ինչպես նաեւ տարբեր տեսակի հափշտակություններ կատարելու մեջ։
