Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցումը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների մի քանի խնդիրներ է լուծում, ովքեր կաշխատեն միության անդամ երկրներում:
Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ ՏԿՆ միգրացիոն պետական ծառայության պետ Գագիկ Եգանյանը' ընդգծելով, որ աշխատաշուկաները դառնում են միասնական, և աշխատանքի գործունեություն ծավալելիս ԵՏՄ անդամ պետությունների քաղաքացիեները հավասար վիճակում են հայտնվում:
«Մինչ այժմ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները, որպեսզի աշխատանքի գործունեություն ծավալեին Ռուսաստանում, առանձին ընթացակարգով պետք է ձեռք բերեին թույլատվություն, որի համար անհրաժեշտ էր որոշակի փաստաթղթեր նախապատրաստել: Այժմ վերանում է այս ընթացակարգը: Երկրորդ' աշխատանքի պայմանագրի գործողության ժամկետում աշխատանքային միգրանտը և նրա ընտանիքի անդամները համարվում են այդ երկրում օրինական բնակվողներ, կացության լրացուցիչ կարգավիճակ ձեռք բերելու կարիք չի լինում: Եթե օրինակ աշխատանքային միգրանտն ունի երեք տարվա պայմանագիր, ապա նրա ընտանիքը կարող է այդ ժամանակահատվածում բազմաթիվ անգամ գնալ և գալ այդ երկիր' առանց որևէ խոչընդոտի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' ասաց Եգանյանը:
Միգրացիոն ծառայության պետի խոսքով' ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրների տարածքներ մուտք գործելուց հետո միգրանտները հաշվառման կանգնելու համար կունենան 30 օր, նախկինի 7 օրվա փոխարեն, այսինքն' անձն ավելի շատ ժամանակ կստանա իր հաշվառման հարցերը լուծելու համար: Եգանյանը վստահ է, որ ընթացակարգերի նման փոփոխությունները և աշխատանքային միգրացիայի դյուրացումը չեն հանգեցնի արտագաղթի ավելացման: «Սա ընդամենը կբերի միգրացիոն տեղաշարժերի ինտենսիվության բարձրացմանը, սակայն թե ինչով կավարտվի այդ ինտենսիվությունը, պարզ կլինի տվյալ երկրի և Հայաստանի իրավիճակայան փոփոխություններով, իսկ արտագաղթի ծավալները սրանով չեն ավելանա»,- ասաց նա:
Հունվար-հոկտեմբեր ամիսներին Հայաստանից մեկնած ուղևորների թիվը կազմել է մոտ 3 մլն 350 հազար, իսկ Հայաստան ժամանածների թիվը' շուրջ 3 մլն 258 հազար մարդ: Այս թվերը գրեթե կրկնում են նախորդ տարվա տվյալները: Միգրացոն կանոնագրերի համաձայն' ուղևոր է հաշվարկվում տվյալ երկիր մուտք գործած և երկրից դուրս եկաց ցանկացած անձ' անկախ տվյալ երկրում գտնվելու կամ այդտեղից բացակայելու ժամանակահատվածից:
