Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ Սումգայիթ քաղաքի 70-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառմանն ունեցած ելույթին: Ներկայացնում ենք Աննա Նաղդալյանի մեկնաբանությունը.

Հարց. Ադրբեջանի նախագահը Սումգայիթ քաղաքի 70-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառմանը հանդես է եկել ընդարձակ ելույթով, որտեղ անդրադարձ է կատարել ԼՂ հակամարտությանն առնչվող հարցերին, մասնավորապես՝ Սումգայիթում տեղի ունեցած հակահայկական ջարդերին: Խնդրում ենք Ձեր մեկնաբանությունը հնչեցված տեսակետների վերաբերյալ: Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նաև բացահայտել է խորհրդային շրջանում ԼՂ-ում ժողովրդագրական պատկերը փոխելու հետևողական քաղաքականության առկայությունը և ափսոսանքով է խոսել այդ քաղաքականության ոչ լիակատար իրագործման կապակցությամբ:

Պատասխան. Մենք դատապարտում ենք ներքաղաքական խնդիրների հասցեագրման նպատակով ԼՂ հակամարտությանն առնչվող հարցերի, մասնավորապես՝ Սումգայիթում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության շահարկումը:

Սումգայիթյան ջարդերը լավագույնս փաստագրված են, և Ադրբեջանի կողմից փաստերի խեղաթյուրումը ժխտողականության վտանգավոր դրսևորում է, որը հրահրում է հայերի նկատմամբ ատելություն և ցեղասպան միտումներ: Բաքվում, Կիրովաբադում, Մարաղայում, Թալիշում և այլուր հայերի նկատմամբ իրականացված ոճրագործությունները, էթնիկ զտումները և զանգվածային ջարդերի չդատապարտումը ու ավելին՝ դրանց արդարացումը, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից խրախուսվող հակահայկական հռետորաբանությունը, Ռամիլ Սաֆարովի և հայերի սպանելու համար այլ մարդասպանների հերոսացումը. այս ամենը խաթարում է վստահության ձևավորումը և վնասում խաղաղ գործընթացին:

 

Բացահայտելով Ադրբեջանի մտադրությունը և այս ուղղությամբ իրականացված քաղաքականությունը՝ փոխելու Արցախի ժողովրդագրական պատկերը՝ հայերի քանակի  նվազեցման և ադրբեջանցիների քանակի ավելացման միջոցով՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահն առավել ընդգծում է հայկական կողմի՝ Արցախի ժողովրդի էքզիստենցիալ ֆիզիկական անվտանգությանն առնչվող հիմնական մտահոգության վավերականությունը 1988թ.-ին և այսօր:

Կոչ ենք անում Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին քաղաքական կամք ցուցաբերել Սումգայիթի զանգվածային բռնություններին իրական գնահատական տալու առնչությամբ, դադարեցնել ժխտողականությունը և հարգել զոհերի ու վերապրածների արժանապատվությունը, արժանահավատորեն նպաստել ժողովուրդներին խաղաղության նախապատրսաստմանը:
