Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հրապարակել է տեղեկատվական հոլովակ, որը բացատրում է ՀԴՄ կտրոնների տարբերությունն այլ սարքերով տպված կտրոններից: Քաղաքացիները հաճախ մոլորության մեջ են լինում` արդյոք խանութի կամ տնտեսվարող այլ սուբյեկտների կողմից տրամադրվել են հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների, թե՞ այլ սարքերի միջոցով տպված կտրոններ: Դրանք արտաքուստ տարբերվում են «դասական» կտրոնից, սակայն դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ կտրոնները կեղծ են:

 

ՊԵԿ-ը տեղեկացնում է, որ ՀՀ օրենսդրությունը թույլատրում է տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին ինտեգրել արտաքին կամ առեւտրային ծրագրերը ՀԴՄ-ի ծրագրին եւ արդյունքում կտրոնները տրամադրել ՀԴՄ սարքից տարբերվող սարքի միջոցով:

 

Այս եղանակով տպված կտրոնները կարող են ունենալ ցանկացած տեսք, օրինակ, ավելի լայն կամ երկար լինել: Սակայն ՀԴՄ կտրոն համարվելու համար պարտադիր է, որ դրանցում արտացոլվեն ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքի 381-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով սահմանված տվյալները: Սպառողներն առավել ուշադրություն պետք է դարձնեն կտրոնի հերթական` ութանիշ համարին (ԿՀ), հարկ վճարողի հաշվառման համարին (ՀՎՀՀ)` նվազագույնը 8 նիշ, տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտի անվանմանը, հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենայի գրանցման համարին (ԳՀ)` նվազագույնը 8 նիշ:

 

Կարեւոր է իմանալ, որ ՀԴՄ կտրոններն ունենում են նաեւ չկրկնվող ֆիսկալային համար` 8 նիշից բաղկացած, որը գեներացվում է հարկային մարմնի կողմից մշակված հատուկ ալգորիթմով: Եթե կտրոնի վրա չկա ֆիսկալային համար, մեծ է ռիսկը, որ այն չի տպվում ֆիսկալավորման ռեժիմում: Հետեւաբար նման կտրոնների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն չի փոխանցվում հարկային մարմնի տեղեկատվական համակարգ:

 

Այս ամենն իմանալով սպառողը կարող է տարբերել ՀԴՄ կտրոնն այլ կտրոններից` ստուգելով պահանջվող տվյալների առկայությունը: Տնտեսվարողներից թերի տվյալներով կտրոններ ստանալու դեպքերի մասին քաղաքացիները կարող են հայտնել ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին։
