Երեկվա կառավարության նիստում քիչ էր մնում Կիևյան 2-րդ նրբանցքի 18 հասցեում գտնվող տունը` իր հարակից շինություններով աճուրդի դրվեր՝ այնտեղ բնակվող բնակիչներին տալով անօթևանի կարգավիճակ: Այս անշարժ գույքի օտարման հարցը կառավարության երեկվա նիստի օրակարգից հանվեց վարչապետի միջամտությամբ:
Այդ տունը պատկանում է Բրյուսովի անվան լեզվաբանական համալսարանի իրավաբանական բաժնի պետ Նելսոն Ներսիսյանին և նրա ընտանիքին, իսկ նրանց պարտքն ունի 16 տարվա պատմություն:
Ներսիսյանները տունը գրավադրել են իրենց ամերիկահայ գործընկերոջ խնդրանքով՝ 100 հազար դոլար վարկ վերցնելու համար, սակայն այդ մարդու գործերը վատ են ընթացել և նա մահացել է: Պարտքը վճարելու համար Նելսոն Ներսիսյանը տունը վաճառքի է հանել, բայց այն չի վաճառվել, քանի որ տան հարևանությամբ բժշկական կլինիկա է կառուցվել և այդ պատճառով տան արժեքը կտրուկ ընկել է: Նելսոն Ներսիսյանը դիմել է դատարան և դատարանն ընդունել է, որ բժշկական կլինիկայի շենքի կառուցումը խոչընդոտել է տան վաճառքին, սակայն շենքի սեփականատերը բողոքարկել է այդ վճիռը, այժմ դատաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Տան սեփականատերը պնդում է՝ քանի որ դատական գործընթաց կա, տունն օտարելու իրավունք ոչ ոք չունի: Այնուամենայնիվ, որոշվել է օտարել այդ տունը, որտեղ ներկայումս բնակվում է Ներսիսյանների ընտանիքը:
Օտարելու դեպքում Ներսիսյանները մնալու էին փողոցում: Ուստի այս անշարժ գույքի օտարման հարցը կառավարության օրակարգից դուրս հանելը ավելի շատ մարդասիրական մոտեցում է:
Նպատակահարմար կլինի, եթե հնարավորություն տրվի սեփականատիրոջը վաճառել անշարժ գույքը և ստացած գումարով փակել պարտքերն ու նոր տուն գնել:
