ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում է Նորագավիթի ավտոմաքսատանը գտնվող ավտոմեքենաների սեփականատերերին՝ սեղմ ժամկետներում իրականացնել դրանց մաքսային ձևակերպումները և մեքենաները դուրս բերել մաքսային հսկողության տարածքից:

Կոմիտեն հիշեցնում է, որ Երևանի Նորագավիթ թաղամասում տեղակայված ավտոմեքենաների մաքսային ձևակերպումների տարածքի` ՊԵԿ կողմից վարձակալության ժամկետը չի երկարացվելու, և ժամկետի ավարտից հետո այդ տարածքում մաքսային մարմինները որևէ ծառայություն չեն մատուցելու: Հետևաբար, տարածքի վարձակալության ժամկետի ավարտից հետո մաքսային մարմինները որևէ կերպ չեն երաշխավորում բաց թողումից հետո այդ տարածքում մնացած ավտոմեքենաների պահպանությունը: Իսկ մաքսային հսկողության ենթակա ավտոմեքենաները կտեղափոխվեն մաքսային հսկողության այլ՝ գործող տարածք:
