ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
«Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հերթական լկտի քայլը եվրոպական արժեքների և նույնիսկ ԵԽԽՎ-ի դեմ
Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ, ընդամենը օրեր առաջ Մադրիդում մասնակցում էի ԵԽԽՎ իրավական հարցերի և մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովի նիստին, որտեղ ի թիվս այլ հարցերի քննարկվում էր Եվրոպայում հասարակական կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ կիրառվող սահմանափակումներին առնչվող զեկույց: Բնականաբար, թե՛ ես և թե՛ այլ պատվիրակներ ներկայացրել ենք ԵԽ տարբեր երկրներում և հատկապես Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների վիճակին վերաբերող տեսակետներ: Զեկուցողի՝ Պիեր Իվս Լո Բորնի կողմից հրավիրվել և ելույթ էին ունենում փորձագետներ, որոնք ներկայացնում էին իրենց երկրներում հասարակական կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը: Ելույթ ունեցողների շարքում էր նաև Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչը՝ Գյուլնարա Ախուդովան, որը ներկայացրեց Ադրբեջանում ակտիվիստների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ գործադրվող խայտառակ ճնշումները, երկրում տիրող անօրինությունները և բռնապետական մթնոլորտը: Ավելին, նա անգամ ԵԽԽՎ-ին էր կոչ անում ավելի արմատական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերել:
Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների արձագանքն իրեն ուշացնել չտվեց…
Հանդիպումից ընդամենը մի քանի օր անց Գյուլնարա Ախուդովայի 70-ամյա մայրը բերման էր ենթարկվել և հարցաքննվել ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից, որից հետո նաև խուզարկվել էր ծեր կնոջ տունը Գյուլնարայի երեխայի ներկայությամբ: Այս իրադարձություններից հետո, ի պաշտպանություն Գյուլնարա Ախուդովայի, ԵԽԽՎ մի քանի պատվիրակներ, որոնց թվում էր նաև զեկուցողը, հրապարակեցին մամուլի հաղորդագրություն առ այն, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների գործողությունները անընդունելի են և հակասում են Եվրոպայի խորհրդի հիմքում դրված արժեքներին: Միևնույն ժամանակ հողորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ նման գործողությունները զարմանալի չեն, քանի որ դրանք բռնապետական և կոռումպացված այնպիսի վարչակազմի արգասիքն են, որը ամեն օր ոտնահարում է մարդու իրավունքները և որին որևէ պարագայում չպետք է թույլատրվեր նախագահել ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների և օրինականության պաշտպանության համար ստեղծված կառույցը, այն է՝ Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը: Այն երկիրը, որը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպաններին ուղարկում է բանտ, տեղ չունի Եվրոպայում և Եվրոպայի խորհրդում: Բացի այդ չափազանց կարևոր է այն հանգամանքը, որ պատվիրակները կոչ են անում 2015թ. հունվարյան նստաշրջանին հրատապ կարգով քննարկել այս խնդիրը և արտահայտել հստակ դիրքորոշում:
Ամփոփելով՝ մնում է փաստել, որ Ադրբեջանն իր բարձրագույն ղեկավարության գլխավորությամբ վճռականորեն շարունակում է ամբողջ աշխարհում իր հանցագործ, բռնակալ, անհանդուրժող, արկածախնդիր ու կեղծավոր դեմքը հետևողականորեն բացահայտելու քաղաքականություն՝ մարդկանց ձերբակալությունից մինչև ուղղաթիռի կործանում: Սա հերթական առիթն է Եվրոպայի խորհրդում բարձրաձայնելու այն, ինչ բոլորը, առանց այդ էլ լավ գիտեն. բարբարոսական պետությունը տեղ չունի Եվրոպայում, իսկ նրա դավանած, կերտած ու տարածած արժեքները' Եվրոպայի խորհրդում»:
