ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից հայտնում են, որ օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ «Ե.Է.Ռ.ԸՆԴ.ՔՈ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության հիմնադիր-տնօրեն և անհատ ձեռներեց Էդվարդ Մխիթարյանը Երևանի Դուշանբեի 11/8 հասցեում կազմակերպել է հավի մսի մշակման և փաթեթավորման գործունեություն, որտեղ քացախի, կալիումի պերմանգանատի և այլ քիմիական նյութերի միջոցով մշակվում է անհայտ ծագում ունեցող, փչացած, օգտագործման համար ոչ պիտանի հավի միս:
Փչացած հավի մսի վերականգնման, ապրանքային տեսքի բերելու մեխանիզմը նոր չէ: Նման հանցավոր գործունեություն ծավալվել ու կասեցվել է նաև այլ երկրներում: Բայց մեր դեպքում բարոյական կողմը բազմապատիկ խոցելի է. պարզվել է, որ Էդվարդ Մխիթարյանը ոչ պիտանի հավի միս է մատակարարել Նոր Նորքի թիվ 101, 116 և 118 մանկապարտեզներին:
Այս պատմության մեջ ամենազարմանալին այն չէ, որ երկու երիտասարդներ որոշել են զիբիլը փաթեթավորել և վաճառել որպես հավի միս: Մեծ հաշվով, մեր հանրային կյանքում և կառավարման համակարգում մեծամասամբ փաթեթավորված զիբիլ է՝ վերևից մինչև ներքև: Այստեղ հարցն այն է, որ այդ առողջության համար խիստ վտանգավոր սնունդը վաճառվել է նաև այնպիսի կառույցների, որտեղ սպառողները անխուսափելիորեն երեխաներ են:
Այն, որ այդ տղաները անբարոյական քայլ են արել՝ վտանգավոր սնունդը վաճառելով մանկապարտեզներին, աներկբա է: Սակայն ամենատխուրը այն է, որ ճռճռան պետական հիմնարկներում բացարձակապես վերահսկողական մեխանիզմ չկա և այդ սնունդը հասնում է իր թիրախային սպառողին: Որտեղ էին իրենց ուժերը պետականաշինության մեջ ներդնում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը՝ իր կից թաղապետարաններով - բանով, երբ թույնը մտնում էր մանկապարտեզների խոհանոց, անհայտ է, սակայն հայտնի է, որ նրանք պարզապես հանցավոր անգործություն են ցուցաբերել և վտանգել են մեր երեխաների կյանքը...
Ես չգիտեմ, թե ով է ուղղակի պատասխանատուն, բայց նախակրթարանները գտնվում են քաղաքապետարանների ենթակայության տակ և առաջիկա ժամերին պարզապես ակնկալում եմ Տարոն Մարգարյանի արձագանքն ու խնդրի կտրուկ լուծումը: Այն պետական թամբալանոցներում, որոնց հանցավոր անտարբերության կամ գիտակից միջամտության արդյունքում մանկապարտեզներ այդպիսի սնունդ է մտել, ուղղակի պետք է ոչ միայն պաշտոնանկությունների հիթ շքերթ սկսվի, այլև բոլոր մեղավորները պատժվեն օրենքի ամբողջ խստությամբ...
