Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախկին նախագահ Սամվել Ուզունյանը լքել է ՀՀ պետական սահմանը և որոշում է կայացվել նրա նկատմամբ հետախուզում հայտարարելու մասին: Այս մասին  ասաց  ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:

«Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի կողմից ՀՀ դատախազության ներկայացրած միջնորդությունների բավարարումից անմիջապես հետո՝ դեկտեմբերի 20-ին, երեկոյան ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնակատարի որոշմամբ Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախկին նախագահ Սամվել Ուզունյանը գործով ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ, և որոշումն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ ՀՔԾ՝ նրան մեղադրանք առաջադրելու և խափանման միջոցի ընտրության հարցը լուծելու նպատակով:

Ապա դատարանը բավարարել է նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ քննիչի միջնորդությունը, և Ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարվել է նրան ներկայացնել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին: Սակայն տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ միջնորդությունների ներկայացման և քննարկման ժամանակահատվածում Ուզունյանը լքել է ՀՀ պետական սահմանը և որոշում է կայացվել նրա նկատմամբ հետախուզում հայտարարելու մասին: Դատախազության հանձնարարությամբ միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում Ուզունյանի՝ ՀՀ տարածքը լքելու հանգամանքները պարզելու և բավարար հիմքերի առկայության դեպքում քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ»,- նշեց Աբրահամյանը:

 
Ավելի վաղ, ոստիկանությունից հայտնել էին, որ Սամվել Ուզունյանի ուղեբեռի մեջ օդանավակայանում հայտնաբերվել են փամփուշտ, որի հանգամանքները պարզվում են, սակայն չէին մանրամասնել, թե որտեղ է հիմա գտնվում Ուզունյանը:
 
Ըստ մամուլում տարած տեղեկությունների` Սամվել Ուզունյանը մեկնելիս է եղել Մոսկվա Երևան-Մոսկվա չվերթով, և հենց «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում են նրա ուղեբեռը ստուգելիս հայտնաբերել փամփուշտը:
 
Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը համաձայնություն է տվել Երևանի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախկին նախագահ Սամվել Ուզունյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելուն և նրան ազատությունից զրկելուն:
 
Սամվել Ուզունյանը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 51 հազար դոլարի կաշառք ստանալու մեջ։
