Լավ լուր. առաջին եւ երկրորդ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի չափը սահմանվեց 300 հազար դրամ

ՀՀ կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հունվարի 9-ի նիստում որոշում է կայացրել, որով բարձրացվում է երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի եւ մինչեւ 2 տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստների չափերը։

Նախկինում գործող իրավակարգավորումների համաձայն՝ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի չափերը տարբերակված էին, մասնավորապես, նպաստի չափը առաջին երեխայի ծնվելու դեպքում սահմանված էր 50.000 դրամ, երկրորդ երեխայի դեպքում` 150.000 դրամ:

Ըստ նոր կարգի՝  2020 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ին եւ դրանից հետո ծնված առաջին եւ երկրորդ երեխայի ծննդյան կապակցությամբ նշանակվող միանվագ նպաստի չափը սահմանել 300,000 դրամ։

Ըստ մյուս նախագծի՝ ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունն առաջարկում էր «Պետական նպաստների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված՝ մինչեւ 2 տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի չափն ավելացնել՝ 18.000 դրամի փոխարեն դարձնելով 26,500 դրամ։

Այս կարգավորումը եւս ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2020 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից եւ կտարածվի այդ պահին շահառու հանդիսացող բոլոր քաղաքացիների վրա։

Նշենք նաեւ, որ նախատեսվում է գյուղական համայնքներում ապրող անձանց մինչեւ 2 տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի իրավունքն ամրագրել՝ անկախ մոր աշխատելու հանգամանքից, ընդ որում, աշխատելու դեպքում նպաստը կկրկնապատկվի։

Այս ծրագրերի համար, ընդհանուր առմամբ, կհատկացվի ավելի քան 4, 786,000,000 դրամ։
