Դպրոցներում ջերմաստիճանի ապահովման խախտումներ են արձանագրվել: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմինը:

«Հիմք ընդունելով ՀՀ առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնին ուղղված բողոքն այն մասին, որ դպրոցում չի ապահովվում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի համապատասխան հրամանով սահմանված ջերմաստիճանը, ԱԱՏՄ-ի կողմից հունվարի 10-ին հարուցվել է վարչական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում Երևանի Ավան վարչական շրջանի Դուրյան 24 հասցեում գործող «Գալինա Ստարովոյտովայի անվան թիվ 177 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ում մշտադիտարկում է իրականացվել։

Մասնակի զննման արդյունքում արձանագրվել են մի շարք թերություններ։

Դպրոցի 8 մասնաշենքերում տեղակայված աշխարհագրության կաբինետում, 3 դասասենյակում և ռեկրեացիաներում (միջանցք) ժամը 15։00-16։00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է հետևյալ պատկերը. 61 և 83 դասասենյակներում՝ 16°C, 72 դասասենյակում՝ 20°C, աշխարհագրության կաբինետում՝ 18, ռեկրեացիաներում՝ 14°C։

 

Բացի ջերմաստիճանի առումով առկա խնդիրներից՝ խախտումներ են արձանագրվել նաեւ սանհանգույցների մասով։ Դիտարկումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 8 մասնաշենքի յուրաքանչյուր հարկում առկա է մեկ սանհանգույց՝ միայն տղաների կամ աղջիկների համար՝ 4 խցիկով, իսկ առկա սանհանգույցի 4 խցիկից գործում է միայն 2-ը. մյուսները կողպված են և չեն շահագործվում։ Մինչդեռ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի համապատասխան հրամանով սահմանված պահանջն է յուրաքանչյուր հարկում ունենալ մեկական սանհանգույց աղջիկների և տղաների համար։

Սանհանգույցների նախասրահներում առկա է 4-ական լվացարան, որից մի մասն անսարք է և չի գործում։

 
 

Դիտարկման պահին զուգարանի սենքերը և սարքավորումները գտնվել են ոչ պատշաճ սանիտարական վիճակում, ապահովված չեն եղել հեղուկ օճառով ու զուգարանի թղթով, սանհանգույցի սենքերը չեն ունեցել ամբողջական մակերեսներ՝ ծեփոնաթափված և խոնավացած են։

Մաքրման համար նախատեսված պարագաները գտնվել են նախասրահում՝ բաց վիճակում և առանց մակնշման, բացակայել է կափարիչի ոտնակային հարմարանքով աղբարկղը։

Անձնակազմի համար առկա է 2 սանհանգույց՝ 2-ական խցիկով, որոնցից մեկական խցիկ չի գործում, չի եղել ջրհոսքի հարմարանք (трап)։

«Երևանի Գալինա Ստարովոյտովայի անվան հ. 177 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ում դիտարկումները շարունակվելու են մինչև հունվարի 17-ը։

 

Հավելենք, որ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ից ստացված տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ 2020 թվականի հունվարի 8-ին և հունվարի 9-ին Երևան քաղաքում և ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզում գործող 141 հանրակրթական դպրոցից 4-ի դասասենյակներում արձանագրվել է 14-16 °C, իսկ 23 դպրոցի ռեկրեացիաներում՝ 5-16 °C։

Հանրապետության մարզերի դպրոցներում սահմանված ջերմաստիճանի պահպանման ամփոփ պատկերը դիտարկվում է։

Առողջապահության նախարարի 12-Ն հրամանով սահմանվում են դպրոցներին ներկայացվող պահանջները: Հրամանը ստորագրվել է 2017 թվականի մարտի 28-ին: Օրենքն ուժի մեջ է մտել նույն տարվա մայիսի 12-ից։

#Առնվազն_18_22_աստիճան_ցելսիուս_ջերմաստիճան_պետք_է_ապահովվի_դասարաններում, ուսումնական կաբինետներում, դասախոսությունների լսարանում, գրադարանում, բուժկետում (բժշկի կաբինետ), մարզադահլիճի հանդերձարաններում, լաբորատորիաներում, խմբակային պարապմունքների սենյակներում, հանդիսությունների դահլիճում։

 

Արգելվում է դպրոցների ջեռուցումը վառարաններով»,-ասված է հայտարարությունում։
